I've only ordered cochinitas and aquachille de Camaron (shrimp cerviche) but still very delicious. Cochinitas are pretty simple to eat obviously because it is like tacos. Some salsa and lemon will do the trick. Aquachille de Camaron takes little bit of work. Grab a tortilla, get a scoop of the shrimp, onions, peppers and avocado, squeeze some lemon and just go for it. It's fresh and has a kick. Their favorite item from what I saw other people order were Mojarra Entera (grilled fish) and Pulpo ala Parrilla (grilled octopus).
