My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. They listened to our ideas and enhanced them with their own expertise, quickly providing drawings and a plan we couldn't pass up. They were upfront and transparent from the start, explaining that the project wouldn't begin until spring and that the kitchen and bathroom would follow different schedules. They estimated six weeks for the kitchen and three weeks for the bathroom. To our surprise, they contacted us at the end of January and began the project in early February. Once work started, their team showed up Monday through Friday, making steady progress every day. About halfway through the kitchen, they were ready to begin the bathroom as well. Impressively, the entire project was completed in under seven weeks. We even added to the scope of work two days into the project, and AllPoint handled it seamlessly.
