Las empanadas estaban muy buenas, I'll give them that.

Love this place! The seafood always tastes fresh, the waitress is always nice and polite. She knows Spanish and English.. shrimp empanadas are the best here!

I work very close by and I was craving mariscos. I wanted to pick some food up on the way home. The sign at the front was nearly gone and faded, I would've never noticed it if I didn't find this place on yelp lol. The girl that worked there wasn't too happy or friendly, looked like she wanted to go home. Didn't really smile. Anyways, I got 2 tacos dorados, aguachile and 6 shrimp empanadas. It was so good, I definitely see why the empanadas are popular here. And the sauces it came with were A+. I did notice that it closes very early at 5pm so I definitely have to stop by here if I get off work early again.

Hole in the wall spot for mariscos. I was in the mood for some ice cold micheladas and shrimp empanadas, which I've enjoyed in the past. Decided to dine in and had the 32 oz michelada, shrimp tacos, and molcajete de mariscos. You should order the molcajete anytime it's on the menu. It arrived with the oily broth bubbling over and stuff with octopus, mussels, shrimp, fish, and rice and garnished with 2 crab legs and a fried fish filet. This was sooo good but with the amount of oil, definitely something you eat once in a while. The michelada was good though I wasn't expecting a bottle upside down and inside my glass. I wouldn't order it like that again for hygienic reasons. The fish tacos were good but not what I was expecting as I thought I ordered the empanadas. Regardless of being served something else from what I thought I ordered, it was really good. Service is a bit slow but the ladies were nice and checked in on us. Not sure if there's a parking lot in the back but I always park on the street.

Came to this place for lunch had 2 Tostadas Agua Chile & Camaron. Can say this place is good & Tostadas are loaded. The Serrano salsa is great. Nice and spicy. Prices are Great not over priced like many places nowadays.

Looking for a mariscos restaurant closer to the office, ECP looked promising. Craving ceviche, I opted for a fish tostada, and another with crab and octopus. Food was ok. Nothing fancy, just tables and chairs. Good service. Will try their fish filet sometime soon, maybe.

This place isn't so bad but the only thing I'm not liking is that you can not bring your own water. You have to purchase it. I really don't know if it's because we are not regulars but the second time I came here I didn't bring and just bought the water. Mind you it's disgusting Pure Life brand!! And I sorry to say drink alkaline as much as possible. And that's why I bring my flask. But the second time I saw people bring their own water bottles and flask. There is a sign saying no outside food or drinks and was told that the first time. But hey if I go back I'm bringing my flask. . I Don't get the whole having to pay for the chips the second round. You guys give little on paid basket. That's so wrong. When I visit Mexican restaurant or anything with chips and salsa and you have to pay. I won't return unless requested by someone else. So yes my second visit was not from me requesting this place. They do have good food which is the empanada shrimp. And shrimp cocktail. The drinks are good. But the sauce for the shrimp taco gave bad bad acid reflux and pain for days the heat on that is crazy for me. Others may enjoy it but I pass. As you can see the first time I ordered empanada they gave avocado and the second visit none!! first time they gave our shrimp cocktail in a glass. Second visit was a bowl!!! But looking at the other tables across from us they ordered the same thing but in a glass. Service is good and that's a plus. Parking is street. Would I go back. Hmmm only for the empanada but then I can get it from other places. Paying for chips and salsa makes me not want to return.

If you don't love seafood, we can't be friends! JK As you can tell... I love seafood! I have dreams about indulging fresh ceviches and oysters. I crave this ish because it's not only light but fairly healthy (some seafoods are high in cholesterol). I went home satisfied but not overly stuffed. I guess it can also be keto friendly without the tostada shells and crackers... I also love love their selection of micheladas! It's delicious and a must try! I deducted a star because the menu doesn't have English descriptions for what they serve. I felt horrible having the server wait while I yelp search photos to figure out what I wanted. I also went through the menu with the server to ask what it was, what was in it and the difference between the different micheladas or seafood mixes. Some talked about terrible service and loud music. However, the server we had was pretty patient and attentive. Also, I might have lucked out since they did not have any loud music playing.

Summer of 2022 is the summer of ceviche. Its mu royal proclamation and so it shall be. This place has decent shrimp empanadas, ceviche and a gloomy dark interior fit for any malcontent plotting their next move. Like everything these days it seems a tad overpriced

Service as soon as I walked it, was great! Menu looks amazing! Four stars already! I'll give them another star. I ordered the campechana, not only is it in a bowl not a glass, it's awesome and it's enormous! I yelped this place from Glendale and drove over. It is fire!! I'm going to try the fish tacos just because! A must try!! Bomb!!

Now when you pull up originally you might think, "am I in the right place" but once you park and get into the courtyard, it is LOVELY! Amazing ambience! There is a bocce set up, string lights. It is a little slice of oasis in the middle of the fashion district. The restaurant itself - beautiful. I couldn't ask for more. Absolutely perfect in my book. Beautiful plants hanging, perfect Spanish music in the background (any place playing Natalia LaFourcade is a win). The drinks were great! I had the jungle bird which was fun. Food was so good too. The whipped beans are the star! We had the guacamole which was tasty, great tostadas with it. The arepas were good but the pork belly was a little too fatty (I know pork belly is always fatty) to the point the fat muted the flavored for the arepa a bit, but still delicious. The empanadas were great and as someone who lived in South America and ate empanadas every day, these really took me back to my Paraguay days. The squash blossoms were light and perfectly fried. Unfortunately my friends had gone to Funke the night before so they were comparing the squash blossoms and Funke won out, but they still liked Dama's! Small plates were enough for the 3 of us. The service was quick and attentive. Parking was easy for us. I will definitely be back!

The staff are lovely humans who really seem to care about their customers. We have some faves on the menu. The bean dip is fabulous and I'm addicted to the baby gem salad. They have recently amped up the filling in the delicious crispy squash blossoms and I love the acidity and heat. The fish is also a hit in my books. One dish that doesn't work for me is the lamb chops, which is a shame since it's my favorite protein. I've ordered them multiple times with clear instructions on temperature and have found them overcooked and tough. The beef tostada was just ok. Whilst I loved the pickled veg on the side, the beef was underseasoned. It wasn't bad - just not up to the standard of other dishes. The vibe in the place is welcoming and the restaurant is nicely appointed. We will continue to be regulars and it's really worth trying if you haven't been yet.

Located between Koreatown and Pico-Union, this restaurant delivers an outstanding dining experience from the moment you're seated. My wife and I both ordered the Mole Coloradito with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. One detail we really appreciated was being able to choose between white meat or dark meat--a thoughtful touch that lets you customize your meal to your preference. The mole was rich, complex, and full of flavor, exactly what you would hope for from a restaurant known for its Oaxacan specialties. As a welcome appetizer, they bring fresh chips and salsa to the table, but what really impressed us was when they replaced the salsa with their incredible mole sauce. It was so good we found ourselves dipping everything into it. Both meals were served with rice that was perfectly cooked with a great consistency and flavor. For those feeling adventurous, give the Chapulines (grasshoppers) a try. They may sound intimidating, but they were surprisingly enjoyable and added to the authentic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and patient with those of us who are not fluent in Spanish. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our visit. I browsed the menu and had a really hard time deciding, but ended up on the cauliflower rajas taco, the crispy shrimp taco & the vegan Korean BBQ taco. The waiter recommended the crispy shrimp taco, but I actually enjoyed the vegetarian tacos more. I love cauliflower and poblano so that taco was a great starter. So much flavor and a variety of textures. The tortillas were super flavorful too. The potato taquitos came next and I am actually obsessed. The outside was perfectly crispy, the interior was soft, flavorful & cheesy. The sauce complimented it perfectly. I can not recommend them enough. The crispy shrimp taco was really good, but I also tried a crispy fish taco and would honestly get that over the shrimp. I think there was mango or something in the coleslaw of the fish taco because it had a really nice fresh flavor to it. Last, I had the vegan Korean BBQ taco. The mushroom shreds & the flavor were just perfect. Again, as a pescatarian I have really never had Korean BBQ because it's so heavily meat focused. I truly loved this taco.
