The parking lot is gravel and not the best. Don't let the outside looks fool you though, the food is great. I've been here a couple of times and it was just about the same except the first time I ordered a taco salad and this time we all chose the buffet. The buffet ends at 2pm and we had gotten there right at 2pm. They let us go ahead and get the buffet and they said they would refill whatever we needed which went above and beyond to me. Once you get your food though, they may check on you once if you're lucky. The service needs help or the employees need more training. Each time I've been here the wait staff are talking to each other at the counter or sitting down chatting like we're not even here. It's rather a laid back job for them. I understand this is a family restaurant but I expect more when I'm dining out. I'll probably go again as it's the new restaurant in town and most of my friends and family want to check it out. I come for the food not for the service, which hopefully will improve on future visits.
