Which is wonderful for me, as I'm out dancing until the early morning and happen to crave something greasy. I've ordered the triple combo (twice), and it indeed is bigger than anything you'd be able to fit into your mouth. Don't expect a gourmet burger, expect a big fatty burger, greasy, with lettuce & tomato. They offer you sauces, but would just make it messier. Note, it's just a burger and little drink for the price, no sides of any kind.
The price is perfect for the quality, heck I think i'll just be going for the double and it's only 58peso (~$4 USD as of this review) with the drink. Can get it without the drink, since it's just Pepsi from a liter bottle in a small cup. Must say, everywhere else serves Coke but this place serves Pepsi, it was what I was offered anyways. If you eat there during the day, they usually let you refill the drink a second time (maybe more).
When you go, you get different people, in the middle of the day there were older guys who were friendly enough but looked dirty. At 5AM the next time they were younger, cleaner, and the place looked clean and healthy. I survived both encounters without issues (others haven't had such luck apparently with getting sick). The location is great as it's a block from a main road to get a taxi back to where you're staying.
If you want a burger, greasy, big, cheap, at 4AM, and you happen to be in Palermo, this is the place. If you want Gourmet, high class, good quality, clean, touristy, go somewhere else.
My suggestion, order it "para llevar" (to carry, take out, to go, etc). I don't speak Spanish, but they've been very nice to me, and trying to work with conversation. It's not a tourist spot, yet satisfies that craving.
