When I gave the address, they promptly told me they did a lot of work in this area and they may have been the one that put the roof on and asked me to hold while they checked. Sure enough, they did put the roof on and I was promptly told it was still was under warranty and if there was a problem, they would correct it. I was in shock. Who admits to putting a roof on to someone calling to complain about a leak in that roof? That is the way Jewellco is though. It turns out it was a flat roof with a clogged gutter. Easy fix.
