A very small but very popular little restaurant located near the centro of Guadalajara (popular…read moreamongst locals). This little restaurant has been at this same location for 50 years. As a tourist visiting El Centro de Guadalajara its a great place to go get lunch. My personal experience with the service was fantastic. Our server was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. As far as the food it was simple but delicious. I ordered a traditional "lonche" which is equivalent to a medium sub sandwich with chicken. The presentation of the lonche was very well executed. The bread was nicely toasted, chicken was cooked well, and the combination of sour cream and mustard made it taste out of this world. Its a good place to visit if you want that authenticity of Mexico. For 4 people with 1 traditional and one non traditional plus drinks came out too 244 pesos which translates to USD 19 to 20 dollars (rough estimate not sure exactly). Definitely a place to try if you're visiting Guadalajara.
