One of the best places I've ever eaten Mexican food at I highly recommend yall go and try out this place

Every time time I stop here, the food is always on point, and the service is great. It is authentic Mexican food with a flair. I cannot get the queso blanco and chicken and rice made like this anywhere else in Texas! It reminds me of a mom & pop restaurant where the owners will bend over backwards to make sure you are treated well and taken care of. The owner, Rosie, is such a bright light! She is always smiling, making suggestions, and accommodating any needs you may have. I would rather stop here any day instead of the big chain Mexican restaurants! Affordable. Friendly. This is a fantastic place! The Agua frescoes are made fresh daily as well as everything else. Super nice staff. Comfortable atmosphere.

FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR SERVICE!!! My family of 3 arrived at 8:41pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant's stated hours are until 9pm. The staff turned us away and said we were "too late" to be seated. Honestly, I was actually hesitant to even walk in given the poor condition of the outside of the restaurant in an icky part of an icky strip mall. The stated restaurant hours say close is at 9pm!! They need to update their hours to close at 8pm if they want to be a legitimate proprietorship with truthful advertising of their service hours. I don't care how good the reviews of the food are, I will NEVER step foot in this hole in the wall, rundown, poorly run restaurant again and I will tell everyone I know also to skip this place. read more

Well I am kind of disappointed as it relates to this restaurant as I wanted to comment on the food walked it stood at the register for about 5 minutes no one came to give my order to. I am always looking to support neighborhood restaurants but unfortunately can't comment on food since I received no service. Ended up walking out. read more

Really great food! Went for lunch on a weekday. Seemed a little short staffed but these ladies were working hard! We ordered chicken fajitas and shrimp fajitas. They were excellent but did take a bit to come out so plan your trip accordingly. read more

Have been a few times and always get the guacamole; so tasty, a bit spicy, and more than you could think would fit in the bowl! My entree didn't move me one way or the other, but it was topped with a sinful tasting queso...will find a new entree to try with the queso next time. They seem to do more takeout than dine-in because we were there for almost an hour and only one other table was sat, but the traffic for takeout was constant. read more

I am glad to have found this restaurant. The queso does not have tomatoes in it and the Guacamole is made as it is ordered so we were also able to request it without tomatoes. This works well for us. My husband had the fish fajitas and I had the pina loco both were fantastic. The portions were large. The margarita was good. The only thing that would have made it better was our waitress rarely came back for iced tea refills. But she was great at making sure our food was prepared as requested. read more

Fast service, casual atmosphere and our waitress was excellent! I had the " taco plate" and my husband had the "fajitas". Both were wonderful and tasted like authentic Mexican food. The only thing is I wish their tortillas were handmade in the restaurant like the salsa is. But this does not distract from the experience at all. Place is tucked away in strip center, looks small but much roomier inside. They started us off with chips and salsa. Chips taste bland and salsa lacked any kick or flavor. I had rice, beans, Carne Asada and Corn tortillas. Rice a little moist for me beans tasted great the Carne Asada w/onions left me looking for flavor in the grill onions. Overall good friendly service. Wish the food experience had more taste then it did for us. read more

The food here is outstanding. Not your typical Mexican flavors but a notch above. The Molcajete is definitely a favorite since it can feed at least two or just one if you're really hungry. Pprk chops were well cooked and seasoned beautifully and the fajitas, especially the chicken, had a great taste to them. The waitress, which was part-owner of this family restaurant, was engaging, funny and very attentive. We actually went back on a Saturday to have their menudo. If you ever lived in the Southeast or grew up in the Southeast, particularly Georgia, this place is GA mex or very similar to GA mex. This isn't Tex Mex. The chips, salsa, the white cheese dip all like what you find in GA. Two very different styles of cooking. There was a post in Fort Worth Foodie group on FB about this place. I had to go check it out since someone said they had the white cheese dip similar to what you find in the SE. We've been a few times now and it is one of my favorite restaurants now. Got the mariachi special with steak. It's like arroz con pollo with cheese, but with carne. So Arroz con carne? Cheesy, flavorful, and the rice is yum. I got the pollo loco one visit. Usually pollo loco comes with onions and peppers, but not this one. It had a red sauce with cheese. Still good though, just not the pollo loco that I know. Nachos are probably the best in Fort Worth. read more

This is such a cute Mexican place located in a small plaza. The service was good and fast. The chef personally delivered our menudo to our table and is a very friendly woman. It tasted great! Our first time here, the chips and salsa were ok. They do have hotter salsa but you have to ask for it. The prices are really good compared to other places and I mean really good. My wife had the enchiladas verde which she loved and it came with a nice little salad. I had the taco plate with 3 tacos, rice and beans. I got the street tacos with cilantro and onions which were good, I also really liked the rice, the refried beans were beans, they don't have charro beans. They do have draft beer and margaritas which is a plus for us. All in all it's a good place, food was good and the prices are even better, we will be back. read more

First time came in for lunch. Good service and when I had to choose a sauce for my burrito she said they can do half and half so I could try them both. Problem solved. Very yummy little Mexican place with good prices, tasty food and as the name suggest mariachi music on the radio which I love! The relleno platter with red sauce was amazing!! I really enjoyed my ala carte fish taco (on flour), and beef & bean burrito... I'm picky about corn tortillas, but I probably should have gone more authentic and tried the taco on a corn tortilla after seeing my son's delicious enchiladas. Do not pass this gem by! Just north of Chapman, in the inside corner of a small shopping area. Turn left right after Krystal Finish Car Wash. Order the enchilada plate...great fillings, with a mild mole sauce that was so flavorful! I can't wait to go back! I lived in Mexico, and this was unlike any Tex-Mex I've had. Yummm! read more

It was very authentic! The food I ordered was delicious; I enjoyed the pechuga de poyo smothered in white queso and chorizo. The corn tortillas that came with my meal were hand made, the agua de horchata Is made from scratch as well. I definitely recommend this place, my girlfriend and I will definitely be back again. Also the queso dip is definitely worth the drive, unlike other Mexican restaurants around the area that use yellow queso, mariachi serves white queso. You can order it with chorizo if you want. Also the "mariachi special" dish is good, it's grilled chicken on top of a bed of yummy rice, smothered in white queso. I definitely recommend this restaurant to others that are in search of tasty Mexican cuisine. Also the restaurant is family owned. read more
