Might just be this area. But if you build a large liquor store and you have a lot of open floor space, I have an idea for you. How about stocking something of all brands. Specialty bottles, gifts. Your across the street from around 6 hotels. Those visiting will buy gifts to take home. For me, I went back to Walmart for same selection and lower price.
