Good food. Good portions. Fairly priced. Really don't have any major complaints. Will go back.

    Yum

Great food and service. Burritos are huge, salsa is my favorite. They also have a great lunch menu.

Staying at the KAO in Milton. They recommended the Tortilla Factory…read more The interior has a modern, yet warm vibe with off set wood panels on walls with black and white photos on them. Unique lighting, group of "stars", baskets and ropes. Now to the good food. Fresh tortilla chips and salsa. I had the Flautas Verdes - crispy flour tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken, can get beef, topped with cheese dip and homemade tomatillo sauce. Served with guacamole, salad and rice. My husband had the Texas Fajitas. It comes with chicken, steak and shrimp, but he asked for no shrimp or bell peppers. It had grilled tomatoes and onions. It is served with Mexican rice and beans, lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo and 3 flour tortillas. I did not get a picture of his food. He said it was 'so good.' I did not get our waiters name, but he was extremely nice and attentive. If you have a family member that needs veggie options, like my mom, they have the biggest selection of options I have ever seen.

It reminded me of my Tia Connie who would make Caldo De Res (beef veggie soup with rice and potatoes) when I was sick. The Quesadillas Azules with the shredded chicken had more flavor in one bite than most restaurants have in a whole meal! The restaurant is in a run down strip mall so you almost think twice about stopping, but you'll be so glad you did once you've stepped inside! The restaurant is gorgeously decorated with beautiful authentic tiles, metal sculpture lights on the ceiling and mismatched brightly colored chairs. The service... you're greeted by a sweet smiles from the moment you open the door, to being seated, ordering and even as they hand you your bill. The prices... SO AFFORDABLE I feel like I'm ripping them off for the experience, the flavor, the quality and the taste! Unfortunately, I don't live in this area, nor do I live in Cali anymore, and my husband and I were only in town for 2 nights for business (we found this place on our second night sadly), but it would be well worth the flight to come back and get a little piece of home again!

IYKYK Until Sonoras was recommended to us yesterday by a friend. We have finally found our place! Courtesy chips and salsa - chips were fresh and crunchy and rifled when empty. Salsa was mild which I liked but others may find too mild. My husband didn't complain that it was weak so it must have been ok for him too. He likes runny salsa, I like chunky (more like pico) but we both enjoyed it. He ordered a house margarita on the rocks and said it was strong (in a good way). Presentation was adorable with a tiny duck, heart shaped straw, and flag. All of their drinks look fun. Very big menu WITH PRICES. We'll definitely be back to try more of them! So many things on the menu looked amazing. Menu has pictures and our food actually looked like them! I had the pastor gringas tacos. I forgot to tell the server corn tortillas and I'm glad I didn't. The flour tortillas were fresh and toasted to perfection. Good amount of melted cheese. Large portion of meat. I could only eat 1 of my 3 tacos but even the leftovers were good. Beans were the right consistency to make a good chip dip. My husband had the enchiladas supreme that came with one each of chicken, beef, bean, and cheese. He finished about 1/2 and polished off the rest today for lunch. I was so full that I forgot about the doke whips on the sign outside but that's ok because we'll definitely be back to try their Norris and street corn items. Plus the fun drinks. The owner came by to greet us and we talked for quite a bit about the lack of quality Mexican food in the area. We were happy to find out they have 4 locations including Waverly which is about 30 minutes closer to us. But in honesty, we'd drive the hour for quality Mexican food. Oh and Bluey was there. Not sure why, but it made me smile. Overall 9/10 - they gave strange fans on the tables and I had to turn it off because it was triggering my ADHD. Parking was tight.

It's a great place for a date or quick lunch. Never disappoints.
