It's a joy to work your way through that list and at about $.50USD for a small cup the prices are fair. I try to visit each time I go to Metepec. It's a pleasant way to end a day of shopping on the street and there's usually a line of eager customers. I had piñon nut nieve and my husband had mandarin orange nieve the last time and they were pretty good. There are some more adventurous flavors on the list like rose petal, cream of violet, figs with mescal and a ton of romantic kiss flavors; spanish kisses, angel kisses, french kisses, princess kisses. Usually these will have flower petals, fruits, nuts, spices, all kinds of things mixed in. A nice little hidden gem.
