If I could give no stars I would. I've lived here for 25 years and it USE to be a cool place. Now the owner doesn't want cars parked on the streets in the park, "because it's not appealing" but then he doesn't even create a reasonable parking arrangement for the extra cars that people have! I'm am super livid and upset about it. It's such a hassle and inconvenient. No one who runs the park actually cares about the residents unless you have a bunch of money to buy them, or are their friend. I help my family with rent here so you would think it would be ok for me to be able to park my car at my home. I work crazy hours sometimes and don't get home until really late, and I have to walk late at night in a not so safe neighborhood to my home. It's dangerous. We can't have guest over. The "guest parking" is all the way on the other side of the park and there is only a 3hr parking limit. I've literally only seen one car parked over there too. Most residents have been parking outside the park by the entrance on the street. And it's been making that road even more narrower so you have to worry about cars possibly side swiping yours and it makes it hard to exit the park safely because of how hard it is to see around the parked cars, I've almost gotten into an accident several times right there. I work hard to provide for my family and it's just so inconvenient to have to worry about my car constantly. If someone is gonna break into it while it's out parked outside the park where I can't keep an eye on it. They say you can have a car parked on the streets for a little while with your hazards on to unload groceries or what ever but I don't want to waste my battery life on my vehicle. Again such an inconvenience. Luckily right now it's the summer so the weather isn't bad, but Colorado weather can be unpredictable and bad. So I'm not looking forward to the winter snow storms or wind storms or hail storms. Just to think that I'm gonna have to walk that far for my car. It's bad weather conditions. I just can't believe that this is how the owner wants the park to be for " appeal" it's a bunch of bologna. If he really worried about that then they wouldn't have residence that are drug dealers who just trash the place which has happened more than a few times, or people who throw crap all on their porches or yards. If the owner was actually caring and smart he would create a better way for people to have their cars IN the park. I just think about all the people that live here and their situations and how much this is effecting them. It effects more than you can even think of too. Until you have to live here and realize the hassle of it all and how hindering it is. It's sad. I use to want to get my own place here in this park to be next to my mom and grandma that also lives in the park. But I don't anymore. After I see the people who help run this place and how the owner just changes things without even consulting his residents on it, listening to how this could be detrimental to the park. We have no say! So yes this trailer park USE to be nice. Not anymore, and it's just gonna spiral down unless they change. And you know they spend all this money on crap like putting a sign explaining the no parking on the streets every 10ft around the whole park (not even exaggerating, 10ft), and creating a parking lot for guest that's tucked away in the far corner of the park that has a time limit but no cameras by the way, which you have to worry about if your car is parked there too because homeless people have been camping out towards that area, and they have been breaking into people's homes and I'm sure cars if they were parked there) but they spend all this money and stupid stuff like that but can't fix up the club house or have all the street lights working, which if people are walking around the park to get to and from their home you should have all the street lights working. I could go on all day about this. It's just so upsetting. I wouldn't recommend anyone living here. Unless you only have 2 vehicles, don't have any guest ever come and visit. I'm sure they will come up with new outlandish rules for the future in which case hopefully I'm not living here by then. But if so I'll be commenting again. read more
