I was…read moreable to find my favorite Violife cheese that they stopped selling in America, and I got so many and brought them all back home. I also found vegan hard salami which we don't have in the U.S. I love how they have a pet section so I was able to buy a souvenir for my dog. And I was there in October so it was decorated for Halloween. It's also nearby Mad Mad Vegan so you can go to both places on one walk.

The selection of products is indeed great but unfortunately the customer service is more than disappointing. There were a young woman and a young man working in the shop and there was no hello or from either of them. They walked past me a couple of times but no one asked if I needed help and it rather felt like I was standing in their way. I spent around 10 minutes there and felt uncomfortable throughout. I'm usually a fan of supporting small independent shops but there are definitely better ones in Madrid in which you are greeted nicely and actually being assisted if needed. Definitely won't return.
