2.5 hrs waiting and not seen a doctor yet. I dont understand how they over book and then make you wait. If you miss or are late they charge you a massive fee! Hkw is it possible that we pay for this service. This is the new office off of Sunland Park. Maybe gouging people's time and triple billing multiple insurance companies is how they will pay for this new building. read more

I had to come for a pre surgical exam and consult. These folks are fantastic- they have their process in place making them very efficient. The surgeon spent all the time I needed to have my questions answered. He was completely honest about my expected outcome. I have another visit in a month to have the analysis done to determine the Rx for the replacement lense. It is totally fascinating. A few weeks after that I will have my surgery and they have their system down to a science. I am very optimistic about the outcome. read more
