First, let me say we are Honda fans. In 2014, we were in an awful crash and walked away without a scratch. I believe a lot of that had to do with the build of the car, so we try to always stick with Hondas. My husband has a 2016 HRV and while we driving down Montana, the parking brake light and check engine light came on and started blinking red. We noticed his wallet had fallen on the parking brake button but it wouldn't release. With it being brake related, we went to the first Honda dealership we found. We pulled up to the service department and a gentleman told us he'd be right with us. I doubted it, as it looked like there were eight cars in front of us. About two minutes later, a man introduced himself as Bobby and asked us what he could do to help. We explained the issue and Bobby explained to us that it probably needed a hard reset and if it was more than that, it would need to be a couple day venture. He told us to give him a couple of hours and he'd let us know. I was dreading hundreds of dollars, because we all know it's always something bigger. About an hour and half goes by. He let my husband know it was a recall issue and we were all set! He was so friendly and we'll definitely be back. While waiting, we shopped the show room. I was declaring as we drove up saying we weren't buying a new car. The 2023 HRVs look so nice. Mr. Chris approached us and asked if we were shopping. I told him not at the moment. He offered us some information but at no time was pushy. I will absolutely go see him when it is time to purchase. Overall, it was an unplanned visit but thankfully, pleasant.

2023 Honda Civic Type R

I have a 2023 Civic Type R, and went to the service department to replace an unrepairable flat tire. The tire was replaced, but my rim was damaged in the process by El Paso Honda. I was not told of the damages until I later found them myself, and that was very unprofessional of this dealership. The rim is not simply scratched, it has several gashes. They offered to get it painted, but can only be done early Mondays. So now I have been driving around with a scratched rim for weeks because I work Mondays. I am very disappointed in the way this is being handled.

Horrible customer service! First few times were ok. They did the basic and I was out of there…read more(brand new car didn't need much). Then I asked to get a quote for new tires after my oil change. They tell me I'm going to get an email because it's all digital now (never got anything). I called yesterday and asked how late I'd be able to bring my car in for an oil change (I made sure I was talking to someone from the service department). She tells me 4:30 pm. I get there at exactly 3:35 pm for some guy to tell me their deadline is 3:30 pm. I communicate the details of my phone call with him so he goes to "ask for permission" and then told me they won't take my car. I called after leaving to ask a manager why there is false information spread on the phone and 0 exeptions for their mistake. He said if I'm willing to wait extra they'd take me in. If only they coukd stop wasting people's time and tell them that before shutting the door on them for a mistake they're the ones that made, that "business" would have a lot of potential, but this is just the perfect definition for the word "unprofessional". Nothing more. I won't be returning guaranteed.

Very unlikely that we will buy another vehicle from here again. Some of the vehicles on the lot are way over, priced with hugemark ups. Why buy another vehicle from RAM if the service is very slow? The next vehicle we buy will have to be from a place that has exceptional service. It's all going to be based on the type of service that people say they get from the dealer.

As the byline states: "At CarMax, we'll buy your car even if you don't buy ours". That's what I…read morecame here to do. And I'll let you all know right now....it is a grueling, drawn out process. My main complaint is that the expediency (not to mention the attention span) of the employees here are much to be desired. It took nearly 4 hours to sell my truck, which felt like 8 hours, but should have taken maybe 2 hours. Biggest reason for this: after the guy sat down and went over the specs, driving history and condition of my truck, he "forgot" to call me back for the final appraisal. He said he lost my number, which makes no sense seeing as how they enter it into a computer. But I digress. So anyway, there I sat like the impatient goober that I am in the lobby for what felt like an eternity. If I hadn't gotten up to bug the clerks again, I'd have probably sat there till closing time. I dispatch this caveat to you all to say: should you sell a car here, be sure to stay on top of them if it's been longer than an hour or so. It only takes 30 minutes max for them to conduct the inspection of the vehicle. The longest part was everything else; getting seen, running the appraisal and finally...cutting the check. True, they give you the money on the spot....after you've signed away what feels like your life via the 8 pages of contractual blah-blah-blah. Be sure to do your KBB research prior to coming here so you have at least some idea of how much payment to expect. 9 times out of 10, they WILL undercut the Blue Book price by at least a few hundred dollars. That said, CarMax is alright. They certainly beat out their competitors at webuycars.com. The latter claimed they could only offer up to $1000 for my truck. Obviously, I turned them down for a slightly better offer from CarMax. At least they were a lot closer to the KBB range. It was still low, but I felt I needed to accept what I could get at that point. Especially after already sacrificing 4+ hours of my life I'll never get back. A lot of you are probably wondering why I didn't just sell my truck privately. I'm gonna be honest with you: I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. Too many risks for potentially getting ripped off, doxed, or a return from some angry buyer claiming the vehicle was worse off than it actually was. In short, I just wanted it done right and quickly. In the end, this is the place to go if you want to sell your old vehicle quickly and not get completely ripped off. Don't expect to make a fortune or anything, but....expect a somewhat decent price for not having to sell it privately. One day, I may return to one of these to buy my son an affordable car when the time comes. For now, I'm giving CarMax 3 lonely customers waiting a millennia in the lobby out of 5.

After 8 days of putting my car in service with a local service center, the problem persisted. The Lemon law or buy back process is horrendously long, so I asked Fox Lexus to do an exchange. Their only offer is a step down for $80 / mo more. My current car is AWD Premium Plus but he is trying to give me a Basic one for more money. WHY? Because there's no equity in the current car. Gee... it's a lemon and it came from your store! It's not time to make more money from me as a new sale, it's time to eat it and do the right thing! At least you could use this car as a loaner... I drive long distances! I can't be stuck on the road at night, again!

I absolutely loved my sales agent, Argentina Rodriguez! She was wonderful and she gets 5 stars!…read more However....when it comes to the service department.... I live two hours away and when I traveled to Fox Lexus to have my initial 5000-mile checkup. I was told was supposed to be a fairly quick process. My appointment was at 11:15 and I was there 10 minutes before. My Service Advisor, Art, checked me in and talked to me while chewing some food and asked if I would be leaving or staying. I explained I was from out of town and would stay. He then proceeded to go to lunch for (at least) the next two hours. He apparently did not tell anyone that I was waiting for my vehicle. At 1:30, I finally asked another service advisor if my vehicle was finished and she proceeded to help me. At that point he was still not back. So, I sat in the waiting room, during the lunch hour and watched others come in after me and leave before me. I was never offered anything or spoken to after my initial conversation with Arturo until I approached the other service advisor two hours later. What in the world did they think I was doing there for two hours? From what I could tell my vehicle had been ready for some time because after the service, it was washed. I checked to see if it was still wet anywhere. It was very dry and likely sitting there for a very long time. It is apparent that there are not appropriate systems in place for communication of important information. I would be hard pressed to recommend Fox Lexus for its lack of commitment to the customer (AFTER) they have purchased a vehicle. If anyone is wondering, I bought a 2025 GX 550.

Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start. I spoke to the owner and he I had to pay half of the repairs even with "warranty" the vehicle had. That's another $400. and finally, 8 months later the vehicle completely gave out on me while I was on the freeway. I paid for a tow truck and called the owner Arnie again. He said the warranty I had was only for 6 months not the 8 months I was told it was for. He said he'd see what he can do but after texts and calls he never reached back out. very disappointed considering I gave $5000 as a down payment, and I am now stuck on a 60-month finance for a non-working vehicle. I recommend you go elsewhere for a reliable vehicle or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle after purchasing.
