I've never experienced such bad customer service. In fact one waitress justified by saying 'you wait two hours for a doctor'!! Laughable service. Walked in, checked out if they had beer on tap, then I remembered, "Oh snap, I'm in Europa, baby!" where there is likely to be more beer than water. Water? Like in the toilet?
