    Frijoles negros/ picadillo

I was in the area looking for a garden fountain, noticed it was a small ranch style cafe instead, so I decided to give it a try. Had the chicken sandwich which was amazing! Very clean and tidy place. I'm going back to try their oxtail Btw: their main attraction is a tan & white cat that sleeps like a human being

Beautiful Kendall-Horse Country location for a Farmer's Market/food truck venue/pony ride/ juice and shake place. Five stars for the Latin American horse ranch vibe and outrageous shakes. We had the Maracuya (Passion fruit) and the mango. I also bought some beautiful local avocados and other produce. Their market place has unique items that range from homemade chicharrones to Italian gluten free pasta! Everything is under their giant chicken hut structure completely open and with lots of fresh air flowing through. I'll be heading back soon to try the food trucks sometime soon!

Cuban Produce shop for produce, get dinner for night or even sit down for dinner . Their shakes are amazing especially with live music. The staff was friendly.

This place is really cute, clean and inviting. We saw lots of people sitting down with their families waiting to get dinner. A sure sign the food is good and we need to come back to try. I basically shopped for produce and bought myself some $5 red roses. The rose petals upon getting home fell off. Other than that, we will be back to try the food, shakes and have kids go on pony rides.

Shady business. I asked if the only case left of Perrier was $19.99 the lady said yes, I walked to the next isle to see something else. 3 min after, I circle back to grab the case of Perrier water to see that they had changed the price right there on the spot to $22.50.I Was excited about this place bc their fruits and veggies looked fresh but I was so turn off by their shadiness. I dont care about the extra $2.50, it's the principle

AMAZING SHAKES. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. FRIENDLY STAFF. Just swung by this place with my mom to get some fresh orange juice- I must say, the owners are extremely friendly and informative. The shakes are to die for, we got guava and Mamey SOO YUMMY. Excited to come back and try the other flavors and to shop! Thank you for a great experience SAV

Just stopped by to get a shaved iced since I was in the area , they also have milkshakes and ice cream if you are looking for a dessert.

    Mamey, Rambutan, guava.

Love that I'm able to find fresh produce for great prices. You're also able to find fruit that you don't normally find at your everyday grocery store. I was able to buy mamey, a bag of rambutan, and a large guava for $7. They have a refrigerator full of fresh juices. I bought mango which was delicious. My mom bought orange juice which was freshly squeezed right in front of her.

Visited this place yesterday. Nice place and clean but not well organized. You have to go to one cashier for the shakes, ice cream and snow cones, place and pay for your order and go to another place for pick up. But this is no clearly indicated. We wanted to eat something but didn't know if we had to sit ourselves or wait to be seated. Again, went to a cashier near the food area. She said she could give us a menu if we were ordering to go or she could take my number down a call us when a table became available . I gave her my number which she proceeded to write on a random piece of paper. We walked around and waited for a little bit and went back when WE Noticed an empty table. We were seated right away and a waitress bought us menus. We ordered the house potatoes as an appetizer, a beer and water. We got our drinks and ordered our entrée. All the food came out at the same time, to include the appetizer. The lechón needed a little lime and the congris a little salt, other then that is was good. Of course we had to ask another waitress for the lime and salt. The chicken tacos came with a nice salad and yellow rice with vegetables. The rice was really good, the taco no so great. The house potatoes only had a little bit of bacon and something like cheezwiz instead of cheese. No worth $6.99. The pony ride is $5. Took us a long time to get the waitress attention for the check which came with gratuity already added. It was an ok outing but no worth the drive. Oh and they only have two porta potty. The one for females was dirty. Definitely not going back.

El servicio estuvo bueno, la comida toda estaba completamente fría, y la vaca frita sabia igual que la ropa vieja, demasiado sabor a comino.

We started with the goat cheese croquettes, which were delicious! The marmalade went well, and the pickles onions and jalapeños cut the richness and were a nice complement. Husband had the Masa de Puerco chino and loved it. Big tender chunks of pork, super flavorful. I had the abuela's ropa vieja, and it was perfect. I don't even usually like plantains, and the Maduros were delicious! Oh! And the Passion lemonade was SO GOOD!! Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Loved everything about the experience, and we're hoping to get back while we're in Miami!

Regardless when we arrived they sat us outside which is exactly what we were hoping for. Our server was nice at first. Explained all the popular dishes got our drinks out very quickly. I think she stole our table from someone else because shortly after someone came and we told them we put our order in and he seemed a little bothered. Unfortunately, our other server disappeared and never checked up on us. We pretty much didn't have any napkins during our entire duration of our meal. At least that part was good. We started off with a couple of mojitos and their Vaca Frita Tostones. You get these homemade maduro tostones topped off with shreeded beef in a moon sauce, pickled onion, and aji Amarillo aioli. A very delicious dish that didn't last long. Shortly after we received our main dish. I really hate when they do that. My wife ordered their Abuelas Ropa Vieja and I ordered their Masa de Puerco Chino. My wife didn't really care for her dish much. We've had plenty of Ropa Vieja before and would have preferred a congri type of rice as opppsed to just plain white rice. My dish was 10/10. Like in the name of "chino" this is an Asian inspired dish with fried rice, maduros, pineapple confit and crispy pork. A very delicious dish. It could have don't without the little salad on top, but at least it ads color to the dish. The crispy pork tasted so amazing and the fried had so much flavor. Mix in some of the maduros and you get a sweet and savory dish. Would definitely be returning to try this dish again.

Wanted a Cubano sandwich immediately upon arrival, so we came straight to Havana 1957. This spot has been recreating 1950s Havana since 2010, right down to the vintage memorabilia and the whole "Un Dia En La Habana" concept, and it's since grown into a small chain across Miami and even Vegas. The Ocean Drive location does it right: great service, very friendly and fast, food that was amazing across the board. Loved my first taste of a traditional, genuine Cuban sandwich, ham, roast pork, Swiss, pickles, mustard, all pressed together and served with a mountain of shoestring fries, as close to the source as I could ask for stateside. Ordered a rum and coke and they hand it to you in a genuinely giant glass, perfect for getting the party started, even though it was a random Monday afternoon. Vibes and atmosphere were immaculate the whole visit. Great first stop in Miami, and a great way to kick off the week that followed.
