El Txoko Alaves is best when you come in a group. They serve excellent Spanish tapas that you won't want to skip and in order to try as many as possible, I recommend coming with friends and family to get a little taste of everything. They serve wild boar (jabalí) which is delicious as well as suckling pig (cochinillo, seriously yum!) and boquerones, a dish from the south of Spain which is basically fresh anchovies (recommended by the waiter).
