However as of the past two to three months we've noticed a decline in customer service and they have repeatedly closed orders by 10 30 even though the establishment is mainly to go and they state they close at 11pm even though they also mention being open until 1am on Apple Maps. I understand not getting there 5 minutes till close but for the establishment to altogether stop taking orders by 1030 just feels rude. We drive 23 minutes to get to this place. One of the recent times we went around 920pm and the lady asked "if we were sure we wanted to place an order because it would be a 45 minutes + wait time" the times we've been encouraged to not order the food was also not as good as usual like the tacos are not fried as long and the tortilla would just be soggy. I do however feel the need to clarify that most of the employees here do a great job and are very friendly, this issue has been more prevalent when ordering when a certain cashier is on shift. I just wanted to bring this feedback to the establishment.

The food itself is pretty good. I thought the tacos had a great flavor along with the birria. They also added pickled carrots and a jalapeño which was a great touch. The burrito express was very salty. It tasted like they accidentally spilled a bit too much salt and just spread it around. It was difficult to eat. The other flavors were good besides that.
