unfortunately i dont recommend this place. the size portion is great but the quality of the meat and chicken is just soo bad. its tastes old or the seasoning is making it taste weird. although the rice and beans and very good in the burrito! the salsa is okay. the corn in a cup is mid. wayy too much butter!! coming from a latina this place was a bit disappointing read more

Food was AMAZING. We had asada tacos, asada quesadilla and an asada torta one night. Everybody loved their food. The next day they were out of asada steak so we got their cheese enchiladas and those were very tasty. The place just needs a better way of telling whose order is who's. They didn't ask for a name and I overheard people just saying they were in a certain vehicle. This is an order and takeout kind of place only. They gave our food to someone that walked up to pick up a called in order. That was a little upsetting but when we got our food it was amazing. Expect to wait when you order because everything is made fresh. We really loved the food despite the mixup in giving our food to somebody else. read more

First time trying anything from this place and I absolutely loved it. The fried rice I got had shrimp in it and had vegetables. I paid $9.72 (regular being $11 but was $2 off today) The service was quick but the wait was 15 minutes. I called them to order ahead but no one picked up. Could have more vegetables in it though. Comes with a fork and some soy sauce. The seasoning leaned more toward cajun but it was good. I would still pick Tokyos over their fried rice though sorry. This place has great food, hands down I have nothing bad to say about the quality or value. However, they have grown the business without adding facilities. The last two months I've had nothing but issues. They are continually out of what I go to order, then the last two times I've been they forgot about my order and left me waiting. The first time I waited a half hour and went back to the window to check. They apologized and I waited some more while they made it. This time I waited patiently for 45 Minutes before I went back to the window to ask about my order; thinking surely they couldn't do with twice in a row. I was wrong. I asked for my money back and the young lady at the window told me that they didn't do refunds. I had to argue to get my money back. Because of the great reviews, we stopped by this little taco stand as we drove through Plainview, and it was fantastic! There is no indoor dining but a rustic table area outside. We each had the 4 tacos for $5.50 and a couple of popper tacos. They were amazing!!! Everything was super fresh and my husband loved the beans. The rating would be a 5 star no doubt but as I'm writing this review, we are about to push 2 hours waiting . We were told that the order would be delivered in 45 mins. Now I'm happy to pay extra for delivery as well as tip the driver, but it is hard to say I will ever do it again. Ate here about a month ago. Had several different tacos. All of them were great. As others have said, no indoor seating so get it to go if the weather isn't nice enough to sit outside. Going to have lunch there tomorrow and going to try the fried rice per the recommendations here and what the desk clerk said. He says it's the best. read more

This place was OK at first but now it's very hit or miss. I guess it depends of if they are staffed or not. Tonight I ordered over $40 worth of food from this place at around 8 o'clock on a Thursday night for delivery. I was told the order would take around 30 minutes before it was ready. An hour later I called and was told it was on its way. An hour and a half later they called me and told me they hadn't even started the order. I was not offered an apology and I was told "we just got busy and we forgot." When I said we just wanted our money refunded I was told it would take 5-7 days before they could process a refund. I guess they use a cheap credit card processor or just like to try and steal people's money. I don't know. I was offered nothing to make it right. I live about 5 blocks away from this place. So delivery should have not been that big of a deal. We expected quick service but instead just have a bunch of hungry mouths left to feed. It's a shame to see a local place go down hill like this. I hope I see my refund sooner than later. We'll see if they do the right thing. If you order food from this place make sure you have thick skin because they often take your order frantically and rudely. You have to make sure they do what they say they are going to do. read more

Wonderful tacos. Tried AL Pastor, brisket and barbacoa. Came with some chopped onion and cilantro. 1 lime wedge and small cup of salsa. There was outdoor seating when the weather is good.
