It was not crispy and was batter covered rice with a small bland topping. Service is usually good, but was not as nice as usual on this visit. Our first young man was super pleasant and helpful, but his shift ended. The young lady who took over was in a big hurry to sample food and chat with her coworkers. She started clearing our plates without asking and put a dirty plate on top of out Patatas Bravas while we were eating them! Mind you, there was no one waiting for our seats. A hiccup, but not cool at the prices charged. We'll try to avoid her station next time.
