Burritos, enchiladas, chilli con carne, etc. I ordered the chicken burrito. When it arrived, it was obvious it had come straight out of a microwave. Taste-wise, Taco Bell is like a Michelin starred restaurant compared to El Bandito. When it came time to ask for the bill, I had to wait 10 minutes to get the waiter's attention because he was having a conversation with one of his friends, completely oblivious to customers. By the way, none of the staff looked even remotely Mexican. Wherever they're from, they obviously had absolutely no clue about Mexican food, or running a restaurant in general. In fact, I'd be surprised if these fools could locate Mexico on a map. All in all, it was a complete waste of time and money. All the food was freshly cooked and tasty. Service was very friendly and helpful and a kitchen error with our order was picked up and sorted without us having to point it out. The main problem was the speed of the kitchen - or rather, the lack of it. We were served reasonably quickly, but as soon as it got busy, other tables had to wait longer, and one couple gave up after 40 minutes. So, I'd happily go there again, but others may have had a different experience. Go early or during quieter periods, unless you're happy to wait. I thought she was just being a typical European afraid of true spices, but no, this thing kicked my ass. By the end of the burrito I was sweating. Had a nice espresso too after the meal, which was better than half of the espressos I've had in town. What the burrito lacked was made up for with friendliness from the girl working, so a 4* experience all around.

Als ich das reklamierte, meinte sie ganz keck, das sei doch dasselbe und auch derselbe Preis und warf ihre langen schwarzen Haare schwungvoll zurück. Nein Mädel, das ist nicht derselbe Preis. Ich gehe mal davon aus, daß die junge Frau einfach mit der Situation überfordert war, vielleicht müßte ihr einfach mal jemand von den Kollegen erklären, wie man falsche Eingaben beim Bestellvorgang storniert.
