The night was fab, the dancefloor was packed all evening, the kids have all commented since that it was the best party they have been to in ages, the music was great. .. the video screen was playing all evening with a photo slide show to totally embarrass my daughter, but in fairness the dancefloor was so packed you couldnt see it most of the time!! Not so long ago, I saw some dancers in the street doing some sort of street performance so it has it's own charm and character and I have, many a time, heard shouts and singing coming from the studios as I walk around the centre of Ely so that goes to prove that there is some hard work happening inside! I am very tempted to book myself some Piano lessons and I am also tempted to get back into performing and join in with some dancing and singing! CrackPots seems fairly new and it's a great pottery painting place! It's closed on a Monday so that pottery can be baked and glazed ready for collection but otherwise it's open fairly normal hours and is the sort of place you would want to take the kids! It's something that people often overlook but being able to design and paint your own plates and mugs etc is great! Whether it be for personal reasons or for gifts! I will be going here for sure soon!!
