Stripes Taco line is known to be large in the early mornings and closer to lunch time. Today was no exception. At 9:30 AM, most breakfast taco menu items had been removed and replaced with the lunch taco options. On a weekday, that makes sense. On a Saturday, though, (which today happens to be it), many of the people were asking for breakfast tacos and the demand wasn't being met fast enough. There were six people ahead of me and after I arrived, 8 more people got behind me. The Barbacoa tacos here are too greasy and sometimes, the tortilla are a hit and miss. Sometimes, the tortillas are undercooked, sometimes they are burnt, sometimes they are just right. Compared to other local gas stations that sell tacos, the amount that they put into the taco is a smaller portion. Regardless, when you get a good taco, it's worth it. If it's close to you, then come here. If not, drive a mile north of this location for a better Taco experience.

It costs 1 dollar for 4 minutes and if you don't know anything about air pressures, there are directions on the air pump and it gives you signals with an audio cue. I knew enough of to find the tire pressure needed on the tire itself. I set the machine to 51 PSI for my Mini Cooper tires. The machine shows the pressure increase as you pump or decrease if your moving the nozzle in a way that's causing air to leave the tire. When it reaches target, it beeps to notify you. Inside, the stripes has aged and it is noticeable. I used to buy breakfast tacos there, but they've gotten soggy over the years. Also, the amount of protein they add into the tacos has decreased. Its extremely busy in the morning and also busy for lunch meals. I suggest you find another place for quick meals in the surrounding area. However, if you need air in your tires, this is the place to go.

Not my favorite breakfast taco place but it's on the way to work, so I stop here every Friday. The area inside the gas station is clean. All the items are in their proper order and there seems to be a consistent cleaning crew. Often, they have sales at the counter for you to take advantage of and some are good, like buying snickers at 2 for 50 cents. I deducted one star because on more than one occasion, I've had a cashier ignore my transaction or acknowledge me because he is having a conversation with another employee. The conversation part I don't mind, as we all talk with our co-workers, but it slows down the check-out process. There's a school nearby and most of the breakfast consumers are teachers that are on a hurry. Other than that, it's an ok place.
