The staff and the wines were lovely, the setting elegant and picturesque. We did not get an opportunity to tour their wine production building, an architectural gem, but we did get hosted for an amazing lecture and lunch in their tasting area nearby, tucked into a memorable private valley that served as an oasis of polished standards.
