It's like being on someone's ranch and up pops a restaurant. In a way, that's what it is. They have a petting zoo and weekend horse rides. We enjoyed the koi pond. Great for little kids and us older kids. Fun for the whole family. Our host introduced the place as being similar to red lobster. Pick your dinner from the tank and they prepare it, only, we're on a ranch. I admit, they had me going, for a minute. The service was terrific. I believe our new friend is named Damien. He was very attentive and very polite. He's easily one of their best. He really went out of his way and we were happy to over tip, just a bit. The food was delicious. Being on a ranch, you can expect a lot of meat dishes. They have quite a few sides available and even offer a side sampler up to eight different options. It's not cheap. I would go as far as to say overpriced. Possibly the cost of eating out in Miami is expensive, we're new here. There's also the unique atmosphere and the higher quality meats they use. Definitely worth a looksy. 12/25

This time we had the chorizo and t bone. Churrasco is still my fav. Mashed potatoes were super good. Also tried the shakes. Didn't like the strawberry but mamey was good. I prefer smoothies though not shakes where it's very milky.

We went atv riding and wanted to eat somewhere nearby so found this place. The place is decorated really cool with a ranch feel and the hostess and waitress were both really nice. We ordered our food and got it fairly quickly. During the meal they did a dance contest with some kids and the winner would win free dessert for their table. After that someone did Karaoke but really well tbh. She also picked songs that everyone could stand so it worked well. The food itself was delicious. I got churrasco tacos and scarfed them down quickly. I also had some fries and corn since my girlfriend got 2 corn on the cops as a side. For dessert we had churros which were stuffed with some filling and had chocolate and some other dip. It was delicious. The price is what you'd expect for any kind of steakhouse. I'd definitely come back to this location whenever I'm in the area. It's good!

It is unavoidable. Portions are so large, you're bringing something home.

I never seem to run out of great restaurants in Miami and I don't even run out of El Toro Locos! This particular one though is far more than a meal though, it is an experience. And not just a culinary experience...kids play area, beautiful area to explire with koi ponds and horses, even ATVs for rent. Pretty awesome! El Toro Loco Ranch is a weekend only eatery with extraordinary really good food and the best darn service anywhere. It would be hard to decide if the best quality was the food the service or the ambience since they were all so extraordinary, but in the end, when reviewing a restaurant, the food is the most important. And tonight's food was spectacular. A huge portion. My choice this evening was the entrana. This one was one spectacular steak. For sides I went with the sweet kale salad. This was light enough that I was able to finish the steak, which is pretty unusual for me at any of the Toro local restaurants. Keep in mind the menu is slightly different here and if you want some variety on your plate, you better come with a big crowd or plan to bring home a lot of food. Of course there's nothing wrong with either plan. But here's the best part; before or after dinner, you can walk around the grounds and visit the petting zoo or see the Koi pond. You can ride horses or even ATVs; what an amazing place for a meal plus so much more. El Toro Loco Ranch is only open on weekends for dinner, but it is truly worthy of a visit and I plan to visit often. Their tomahawk steak at $98 maybe one of the best deals in Miami. It is a massive amount of meat which they cook perfectly and will easily feed two or three people as a standalone meal or four or five people with appetizers and side dishes. they also offer four amazing Picada options that come with four sides and will easily feed a family for under $100. With four sides, you don't have to choose between the perfect tostones, the delicious smashed potatoes, the corn, and my personal favorite, the yuca con mojo, because you can have them all. I always sub in the salad for one of them, but you can't go wrong with any of their side dishes. And for a little more, try the appetizers to build an even better meal. The fried cheese and the pork belly are particular favorites but there are several others. I rotate in when I'm in the mood because of all so darn good. Hurry on over here some weekend for this awesome experience and is perfect the meal as you'll ever eat. You won't be sorry.

Food was amazing I really like their structure. Service impeccable and ambiance very nice chill but not chill, only disturbed by the horn they have inside way too loud

Our service was great, she was attentive and communicated with us well. We went on a Saturday for Memorial Day weekend and they were not overwhelmingly busy. We love Toro loco restaurant but can agree this one is not as great as the restaurant. The decor is perfect very much the vibe. The flies are an issue but could be resolved with some fly fans per table. The hostess could be better

We are huge fans of Toro Loco and usually go as a family of seven to the location on 8th Street, which is always amazing. This Toro Loco Ranch location was just okay for us. The setting is charming -- it's an open space with horses, donkeys, goats, and even a fish pond, which makes for a cute experience, especially for kids. However, the food didn't live up to the Toro Loco standard we're used to. The meat, particularly the entraña, wasn't the same quality as the one we usually enjoy, also we ordered medium and we got medium well and we got maduros instead of fries, and the menu here felt more limited. Also, while eating, we constantly had to deal with flies, which really took away from the experience. Overall, it's a nice place to visit for the ranch atmosphere, but for the quality of food and dining experience, we prefer the original location.

The other day we had lunch with my parents and decided to take a day trip to the El Toro Loco Ranch. We were super impressed with both the property and the menu. For our meal we ordered their meat platter with three sides which we picked, fried yuca, sweet plantains and salad with avocado. Everything was delicious and very well seasoned. The meats included sliced steaks and roasted chicken and both were very juicy and tender. For my son we ordered a burger with fries and judging how he devoured it was delicious too. For dessert we couldn't decided so we ordered their flan and Cuban French Toast (Torejas) Both did not disappoint the flan was very creamy and the Torejas used a brioche bread was perfection. After dinner we explored the ranch which included horseback riding, paint ball battle and a play area for the kids.

AMAZING this location is just on Saturday and Sundays open but is a complete success. Food is great as the other location but with this family friendly space for kids to play in bounces houses, paintball, horses, live music, everything is so amazing I love this kind of restaurant were you can come and spend part of your day enjoying not just the perfect food they have entertainment for the whole family. Meet, ribs, appetizers excellent. Service is great too girls are always nice and very attentive. We need more places like this. Love it and for sure we will come back

First of all, the vibes were immaculate. We sat outside and it was so peaceful at first because I think we were literally the first people there for happy hour/lunch. It felt like we unlocked a secret level before the crowd came. Perfect weather, great energy, good music, cute scenery... very "main character with a discounted cocktail" energy. Now let's talk FOOD. Every single dish we ordered was SO flavorful. Like somebody in that kitchen actually believes in seasoning and I just want to personally thank them for their service. Even the fries??? And let's have a serious conversation because not all fries deserve rights. Especially those thick overly battered fries that feel like you're chewing on drywall. These fries were thin, crispy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned... exactly how fries should be. No unnecessary jacket on them. Just vibes. The tuna tartare was AMAZING. Fresh, flavorful, light, addictive. I could've ordered another one and acted like it was "for the table." The calamari was cooked perfectly too. Nice and airy, tender, not rubbery. You know how some calamari fights back when you chew it? Not this one. Peaceful calamari. The edamame with the chunky sea salt was weirdly one of my favorite things. So simple but SO good. And the Korean wings??? BABY. Those were "cancel your evening plans and order another round" wings. We don't say "to die for" anymore because positivity, growth, healing... but let's just say I would dramatically think about those wings again later. The drinks were great, the prices during happy hour honestly felt fair, and our waiter was SO sweet and attentive the entire time. Overall, I would absolutely come back. Honestly, if my responsibilities would allow it, I'd pull up to this happy hour every day like it's a part time job!

We started with the bone marrow appetizer, and it was truly outstanding -- incredibly balanced, rich without being overwhelming, and so good we couldn't stop talking about it. We ordered the steak and eggs. The crunchy brioche, earthy mushroom purée, and beautifully sliced steak came together perfectly, and the saltiness of the caviar tied everything together in a really thoughtful way. The picanha was another standout! incredibly tender and full of flavor. We paired it with the broccolini and wagyu fat potatoes, both of which were absolutely delicious. To finish, we shared the ube cheesecake empanada. We were a bit hesitant at first, but it turned out to be the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. The cocktails throughout the night were also excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant so much that we brought friends back later the same week. That visit was just as impressive -- we ordered the tomahawk steak, garden salad, bone marrow (again!), steak and eggs, truffle fries, broccolini, carrots, and tried all of the desserts. Once again, everything was delicious across the board. The only area for improvement would be the service. Everyone was kind and attentive, but at times too quick to clear plates and not proactive enough with the next course. At a restaurant of this caliber, I'd expect the dessert menu to be offered immediately after plates are cleared, rather than needing to track down a server. Overall, the food is exceptional, and we'll absolutely be back.

My friend and I got here a couple minutes early and waited a few minutes before we were seated inside. Everyone was kind and said happy birthday to me since I put that on the reservation. The outdoor terrace has a different vibe than indoor. It's more tropical and chill. Indoor was the cool sultry vibe I was going for with the dim lighting and red booths. I was very interested in the burger - which I heard they only have limited quantity of. Fun fact: you can only order it on the terrace. My friend and I shared (this is in order of my favorite): - rocky road sundae ($16): we got it without the candied almonds because my friend is allergic. Don't pass on this! I loved the brownie bites in the sundae and the raspberry was a nice contrast for sweet/tart. - Parker house rolls ($6): it comes with two and the honey butter was to die for. The rolls are thick so you really only need 1 per person. - Caesar salad ($21): each lettuce slice is seasoned/garnished perfectly so no mixing necessary! - Agnolotti ($34): I read a lot about this pasta so we got it. You can taste the sweet corn flavor in each bite since it's like a soup dumpling that has that burst of sweet corn. The sweet corn grew on me but I liked the crab the most. - French fries ($11) with potato butter ($7): we also read about the potato butter and was interested in it. Tbh it tastes like fondue or something, nothing special in my opinion. Same with the fries - they're just crispy fries. I would honestly pass on the fries The bathrooms are by the bar. Our server (Benito or Beto?) was training and he was so sweet and walked me to the bathroom. You enter through a green door and then there are 4 single stall bathrooms. For my birthday, they brought me a key lime pie with a candle and "Happy Birthday" in chocolate which was a nice surprise!! The tables to our left and next to them were also each celebrating a birthday!! When our check came, it came with a postcard (which they do in NYC too). I like to collect postcards for my scrapbook so I was ready to keep it. However, our server saw me take it and informed us they needed to keep it since they didn't have enough... but she gave me a dessert menu to keep instead which was nice. Overall, I had an amazing time. Service was great and everyone we spoke to (we made friends with couple next to us) was friendly.

It is clear why La Cabrera has a reputation as one of Latin America's best restaurants. Sauces on the side, which included a BBQ sauce, and a chimichurri, were left for our choosing and were used for the side dishes more than anything. Sides: - French Fries - Jasmine Rice Both sides complemented the steak well. The fries were crispy and large in size. My father-in-law, a cuban man who's very serious about his rice dishes, thought the jasmine rice was very good. Dessert: - Dulce de Leche Ice Cream with Cone - Dulce de Leche Pancakes The ice cream was smooth and rich, while the pancakes were finished with a sugary powder coating that was impossible to resist. This lunch reinforced why La Cabrera continues to be stand out in a crowded field of steakhouses. Between the consistency, generous portions, and the value of their daily menu specials, it's an easy recommendation whether you're bringing family, hosting someone from out of town, or simply looking for a great lunch in Coconut Grove.

Our waiter blamed someone else for tossing out his paper of our order. Food was mediocre. We were starving and this was the closest to our hotel. Salmon could've came with a dollop of sauce on the dish since it was overcooked.

Dinner at Baires Grill was a fantastic experience, made even more special thanks to Matilde, our…read moreserver. She thoughtfully addressed every request, from warming up the bread to perfectly toasting it, small details that truly elevated the evening. The appetizers set the tone.. A must-try is the goat cheese cheese cake: creamy, smooth, flavorful, and slightly sweet. If you enjoy a sweet-forward appetizer, this one is a winner. However, if you're leaning more savory, La Tablita is the way to go, juicy blood sausage, meaty and flavorful sausage, and cheese-onion empanadas that are perfectly grilled cheese and wonderfully toasted. Another standout was the grilled octopus with crushed almonds, cooked just right and full of depth. For the entrées, you can't go wrong with the Brazilian-style picanha cooked the Argentine way, rich, juicy, and full of flavor. The classic filet mignon was also very meaty, though I found it slightly mild; pairing it with the sweet potato fries was the best match, they were unexpectedly better than the truffle fries. The desserts also stole the show. The molten dulce de leche lava cake, the crêpe with warm dulce de leche, and the flan were our full dose of dulce de leche. The highlight was the lava cake served warmed, melting the ice cream and bathing the dessert in vanilla lava ice cream. The warm dulce de leche on the crêpe felt like an extra shot of one of my favorite Argentine treats. We wrapped it all up with a warm, foamy cinnamon cappuccino, the perfect digestivo. Pro tip: make sure to order a good Malbec or Cabernet Sauvignon (of course Argentinian wines) to properly accompany the meats. The ambiance is very corporate steakhouse oriented, maybe it is the Brickell vibes. Side note: love the name, Baires, short for Buenos Aires, a very creative acronym.

We started the night with amazing cocktails made by Julio behind the bar. This is my third time to this location and his drinks are always so good. The perfect balance of flavor, sweetness and alcohol. The food was perfect. I think these were the best Calamari's I had in a long time. The lemon and the sauce sizzle on top was absolutely delicious. The shrimp cocktail was filling too. It was huge. The best part was the dessert! The butter cake and the chocolate cake were exquisite! It made the night even better. The cherry on top was when the manager, Nick, came by to say hi. He's super attentive and it was a pleasure to chat with him. His team is so friendly and happy, I can only assume it's his leadership that nurtures this environment. Special thanks to Becca and Jesus to being friendly and happy. You guys made a difference. :)
