This coffee shop is located in a tiny surf town. The vibe was chill and everyone was warm and friendly. The customers and the people who worked there all seemed to know each other and they were very welcoming of new people too. It's a good place to go start your day before heading to the beach.

This is a cool little coffee shop located in La Union. The atmosphere has a really chill vibe and they play really good music! It's in between the highway and the beach so if you're passing by the highway the place is pretty open but the sign is small so you might miss it. If you're walking from the beach from where you're staying then the entrance would be really hard to find, you have to ask locals where to enter. They serve really good fresh brewed coffee and other iced drinks too and they have desserts and snacks. I was able to try their grilled cheese sandwich with bacon jam for 180php! It's plus 30pho btw for the bacon jam. It was really really good! (I'll post a photo of the counter with the menu and the prices and you can just zoom in and view it) The people at the counter were very homey and nice too and if you're passionate about coffee then you can have great conversations with them!

Always a good time when I'm hanging out with the fun surfer/baristas at El Union. I make it a habit to go back from Manila via La Union when I am in the north, and a visit to Surftown wouldn't be complete without dropping by to say hi at El Union. They now have their own specialty house blend espresso bean that packs a great punch without overwhelming your taste buds. Perfect for a cool and refreshing cup that has all the right citrusy flavors that just make me wanna ooh and ahh. :)

service was great but there is no longer any WiFi. Whoa!!!! What happened? All Starbucks in…read morethe world have wifi ?

When in Rome, act like a Roman, right?…read more But once in awhile, it's kinda nice to have a quick taste of your "norm," even if it's just for a few minutes. Located on one of the busiest streets of Dagupan, Starbucks is a welcoming sight for sore eyes. After running a few errands around the area, it was a good stop to make for something cold and for a snack. Parking was a challenge. There are about 4 spaces up front that can be shared by patrons of all the other establishments in the area. We got lucky to score one of them. We walked in and I immediately liked the open and welcoming space. It was quite inviting. There wasn't a line, so we took our time putting in our orders. Now, I'll admit, a couple of us took a minute to make up our minds, but the cashiers were patient. They also suggested a couple of cakes and pastries. Now, I'm not a sweets person, and I usually just take a bite just to say I tried it, but gotta say the crepe cake was pretty damn good! Good enough for me to eat almost half of it! That, I would recommend. Free WiFi. Place is clean - clutter didn't last longer than a few seconds since someone was always around for immediate clean up. It's a good place to chill. Me likey.
