Pictured below is the second course, chimichurri skirt steak with fries. The fries are the best I've had in Madrid. The skirt steak was so tough though that I could barely eat it apart from the edges. My friend had the roasted chicken which was delicious. My advice is just skip the skirt steak, everything else is tasty!
