While their office is located in Mascot which can be a little far for some, I found it very easy to locate with ample free parking to be found in the adjacent street. The staff were very friendly and the tests involved (typing, word and excel) weren't too intimidating. Once I signed an OH&S form, they put me on their books straight away. Overall, they were very efficient, friendly and professional. Nothing intimidating about Recruitment Edge!
