To be honest, as a heavy modder and "cloud chaser", I was a little disappointed at first with the sales person having little or no knowledge of some component brands which are very common in vape communities in several cities I have been in, but that was only an initial impression. Later, after reading about your policy to not have employees discuss any builds they are not confidently knowledgeable about, it all made sense and I completely understand the need for such policy when it comes to customer safety. Perhaps someday you may consider some sort of membership for more advanced customers who become regulars, where members and staff can speak more openly about personal preferences and builds. Overall, the service was exceptional, pleasant and friendly, and despite being on the far side of town, I'd rather shop at this location when opportunity avails. The price was fair and I love my new subohm SMOK tank which came with three different coil/core options. I could have had it for less than the original list price, but the sales person was very nice and informed me of a few discount options and the rest of the price difference was still much more appealing than having to wait on shipping. Not to mention, the store is a much better atmosphere than online shopping and it's always better to see things with my own eyes, instead of relying on online photos and unclear descriptions, as well as having it the same day. Five stars as-is, but my advice for improving, would be to work on expanding some of the staff's experience and knowledge a bit if possible, since many, both new and custom build users, often look to the vape lounges and shops for advice and suggestions. Many of the shops I've been to in other states offer such advice, while still able to warn against risky practices for the less experienced. read more

This place was great in the beginning... The first few time we went we had a great experience but as we expanded our vaping needs and moved into builds and customizing this place took a turn for the worse!!! When asking a rep about getting into they wouldn't even discuss it as an option only stating to "check YouTube" asked a second time and they said "we don't consult about builds you wanna know about it check YouTube" I quickly found myself at a much better much vape shop downtown for my needs I'll never come back here read more

Very pricey ! They always mix my juice wrong meaning it wont have the correct amount of nicotine in it or itll havr max vg in it which i dont like. They close very early which is a disappointment. I go there when i dont have time to go elsewhere. read more

I so very dissapointed in this store. Twice I went here and was completely ripped off. They charged me double what any other store charges! Shame on me for not checking the price at other stores first but jeeze. Seriously? They charged me $100 for a $69 battery and they charged me $80 for a $40 tank. This is an edited review. Please excuse me while I remove my foot from my mouth. My initial review was not very good, as I was pretty upset to have learned that I paid twice the online retail value of a mod. The mod itself was great, but we were charged $60 for what costs $25-35 online. Fast forward three weeks: The threading on it became completely stripped in one fell swoop and I took it back to the store. They took a look at it and replaced it, no problems. From a business model perspective, it makes sense to charge more specifically for instances like this one in which the product does need to be replaced. They barely broke even on this one, if that. If I had ordered it online, they probably wouldn't have been able to replace it and not nearly as quickly. I'm glad we made the purchase and it was from their store. While Electra Vapes might be a bit pricey, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Selection is fantastic. read more

I've always enjoyed coming here and they have had my business for years. However, closing down early really disgruntles me as a loyal customer. I have worked in retail, I know it sucks when it's slow and you just want to get out of there. But you stay for your customers. As a business, if your posted hours are until 9pm, you should be open until 9pm. People make their plans according to what you post. I can walk in to any gas station and get a pack of cigarettes at any hour. All I needed was juice at 8:50 and it would have taken 3 minutes to mix and ring up. 10 minutes may seem petty but it's a big deal to people that plan their evening according to what you advertise. Plus, lot was empty and all lights were off so I'm not sure anyone would have even been there if I arrived at 8:30. read more

Been a customer for the last year. Service is always lack luster unless the manager is in the store. The location on Owen never has anything in stock. Today we mentioned our concern about the supply or lack there of and pointed out, in a nice manner, that it was frustrating and they were not the only vape shop in the area. Not an explanation or an attempt to remedy our concern only the clerk's response of "Do what you gotta do". So we have decided to try another shop in the area. read more
