This just is the culture of the shop. Customer service just wasn't the best. I was ignored by staff upon entering and the artist drafted a design (while leaving me alone for 1.5 hours). When I wanted to make adjustments, the artist seemed irritated. I am not sure how we can design a tattoo if we are not collaborating. I decided to take a beat and then return (as I was running out of places to visit). Upon entering (the 2nd visit). No one acknowledged me or said hello. The mood in the shop just wasn't welcoming (at least to me or maybe people who look like me).

Took about 1.5 hours from 10a to being tattooed. Plus an additional 20 minutes waiting outside for mall to open up. Check in process was a lil chaotic. There were lots of artists and my artist Dori was very kind. Shop is new, spacious, and looks clean tons of displays for jewelry.

It is (to my knowledge) the first and only shop to pass health inspections on the first walk through in Oklahoma. They have taken great care to keep it that way. The shop is also beautiful in terms of design. Original tattoo flash and painting decorate the walls. (Its probably the only place around with original Ed Hardy paintings) So, if you love tattooing and solid work from friendly folks this is your place. Anyway, without expectations I consulted with one of the artists, Joe, about some ideas. I came back three days later to a badass lotus flower half-sleeve. Joe's attention to detail absolutely blew me away we got started immediately. After a few sittings I have this amazing half-sleeve completely covering that hideous past mistake. I joke with Joe and say he saved my arm because if I couldn't find an artist to cover up my last tattoo them I'd go through with amputation. Needless to say, I highly recommend Pair-O-Dice and Joe if you are looking for a great artist with any tears of experience. The attention to detail was impressive. Tim's a genuinely down to earth guy with real passion for his craft, he absolutely crushed it. The pricing was more than fair, and the whole experience (consult, tattooing, and wrap-up) took under three hours for both of us. We were in and out feeling great. A liquor store is close by so it draws a lot of un-desireables. I came in with my ideas. We came to an agreement. The things I was unwilling to negotiate were heard and implemented. The artist had patience and was attentive. The prices may seem high but I found that the prices were the same as the other tattoo shops I visited.
