I feel that it is wrong to undermine the blood, sweat and tears needed to operate a successful business for decades over a personal grievance. I think it is the epitome of ungratefulness to receive multiple years of great service, yet leave a one-star review over a personal grievance. I am quite certain this individual chose to use Mrs. Hertz for her reliability, dependability, incredible amount of knowledge and experience, and ability to help her clients the most in regards to discounts.
