I ordered 10 new cameras from Electro Brand through NewEgg.com. The cameras that were delivered to me were used floor models with scratches and videos from different people. The initial response from the customer service rep was that I was wrong, minutes later, he acknowledged that I was in fact correct. Instead of offering to exchange the cameras to what I paid for, I was given the option of exchanging 3 of the 10. Obviously, that was way below my expectations and soon after, Electrobrand began claiming that they have negotiated a 5 year warranty for each camera with one of my coworkers. They would not provide a name or number and no one I work with has spoken to them. This has been going on since September. The level of unwillingness to help make this right is astonishing. It is to the point where customer service will literally just hang up on me. I am at the point where I just want a refund and nothing else, but the situation seems to only be getting worse. Be warned: This business is not interested in giving you what you pay for and will do anything to make you miserable. Go with ANYONE ELSE. read more
