We requested cleaning of two armchairs of thin cream coloured leather, and some stains removed from bed upholstery. Josh arrived, very punctual, keen to begin and very personable. He discussed the jobs carefully before he began. We were astonished with how well the bed upholstery came up. It looked new and was totally mark free. We were delighted. He began the armchairs, but it became apparent that there had been too much wear already and the surface was unstable. In his professional opinion he decided that it should not go ahead, and we heeded this advice. He adjusted his billing to subtract the two armchairs from the original quote.
