EP have repaired my tablet twice quickly, but both times it stopped working within weeks First time they didn't recognise the warranty because I supplied the part. Second time their Warranty form didn't recognise my email address despite them sending me a dozen emails re repairs to it, and me logging into my EP account with repair details minutes before that. I brought my broken USB here to see if they could recover files (my disertation was stored on this USB!!). It had been badly damaged. I was in a panic not knowing if they would be able to fix it. I must say after reading the reviews before I visited this shop was very off-putting. Thankfully, my experience with Electronic Partner was positive. I found the staff member (Robert) to be calming and informative. I dropped the USB key in on Sunday @ 4:30pm and I got a text the following day at 10:30am to say it was ready for collection. It was fixed and everything was recovered! I did not find anything wrong with this service - complete opposite of what I read actually! Worst company I've ever dealt with. I urge anyone even considering using electronic partners for any repairs etc not to. I left in my sons xbox for repair, €120 later and 2 trips back into the extremely rude guy working there it is still not working. He's refusing to reimburse me insisting it worked in their premises! Avoid this company !!! After paying £50 for an hinge repair and £30 for express shipment, the item was incorrectly delivered to wrong address. The process to have a refund took 3 months, with all evidence of incorrect delivery, and part of this delay was due to Electronic Partners delaying the submission of the refund request to Royal Mail for more than 1 month. After 10+ messages, phone calls and tremendous time wasted, they delivered today a "replacement": a model way inferior than the original the Dr Dre Pro I sent to them for repair. The one I received was in poor condition with scratches, leather ruined, different colour, smell of smoke and has no noise cancelling feature. I would like to avoid for other clients to fall in the same trap. read more

WORST REPAIR COMPANY EVER Spent 950 euro on repairing my two year old Macbook..15 months later ..it crashes. I bring it in assuming they would cover it under warranty, the manager with the beard comes out smiling saying ''its been 15 months, they only cover till 12'' You think thats bad... . Soo i pay them 69 euro to repair the latest fault, they even wanted to charge me for some keyboard issue i never asked about... then 2 days later the same fault happens again. I ring them up furious saying what are you going to do, I wanted a refund out of a good will gesture, after all they have taken 1000 euro, they refuse and they will look at it. This company in my opinion are not skilled enough to fix your devices, but they will scam you in the process of you finding out. DO NOT USE , GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Sent my PS3 to Electronic Partners, Galway to repair a yellow light of death error. Started happening again a month later, but when I redressed this with Electronic Partners, they wanted another €90 to "repair" it again. The attendant whispered to me that I "would be better off to buy a new one altogether", which leads me to believe that Electronic Partners are scamming people by leading them to believe that they can fix something that can't be fixed. Don't waste your money like I did, send it to Sony for repair or buy a new one. read more

Absolutely do not use! I sent my phone for screen repair which costed me £65,34, got it back and on the same day emailed saying that the phone was acting crazy (opening and closing apps whilst left on the table, unable to make a messenger call because switching from back to front camera, opening and closing features of the app, silencing speaker etc) and after that -again on the same day- the screen cracked, likely because it wasn't fitted properly. Sent it again, got it back in the same state, sent them videos recorded from another phone showing that the phone wouldn't allow me to open some apps (would open and the close them immediately, constantly until I stopped trying to open the app) and a video of a messenger call where the phone opened all possible features and switched cameras all whilst prompted on a sofa, no hands on the phone). two of their staff implied I was lying (god knows how they justify the videos I sent- screen still intact, so no physical damage of any sort involved- and how they think a phone that opens and closes windows can pass their quality tests, twice) and refused to refund me, arguing that the physical damage is not covered by warranty despite the fact the physical damage is caused by their poor quality job, which meant I had to revert to trading standards , but according to their T&C "By visiting Electronic.Partners, you agree that the laws of Seychelles, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Electronic.Partners or its affiliates." . absolutely horrendous service, do not use. read more

faulty repair huge delay and terrible CS - AVOID AVOID AVOID, .. absolutely atrocious customer service , an online ticketing system which no matter how many tickets raised, NEVER replied to ever [bizarre!], BOSE QC headphones went in for repair, after waiting 3 months for parts and chasing continuously by ticket and by phone, told part did not arrive, then they went to different supplier, "repaired" headphones, , either did not bother to test the QC component or knew they were misdiagnosed and sent them back anyway so they could charge full "100 euro" repair charge [not sure which is worse at this point , after 4 months!!!] agreed to take back in to "repair" under warranty , ordered a different part which took another 2 months to arrive [by ship from china i assume [OEM??] , then told that "repairing" the headphones was not viable as they needed another part which was more expensive. So following this "repair" gave me 2 options , keep the headphones as they are[without noise cancelling] for 100 euro repair!!! or they remove the parts and charge me 30 euro for the engineers "work carried out" Having escalated to Michael the owner , i got a reply saying he would investigate and respond by end of day, having waited another week!!!! i chased again, to be told "partial" refund has been credited, still no sign of my headphones being returned!!!! having worked in technology sector for 20 years i have not seen customer service this bad followed by technical tomfoolery, avoid like the plague at all costs , "specialists" in Bose repairs my BS, only wished i had checked the online forums before sending to them , horrible to deal with, and extremely poor all round IMO read more
