Covid hits and I'm told things are moving slower. I completely understood. The next thing I hear is that they want an additional $300 to continue the work that I'd already paid them for. I call him and get no response. I text him and get no response. I call again and he finally answers. I explained about them asking for additional money and he says it's a mistake on their part and that he will handle it. Say I should hear from someone about continuing the work I paid for. I never heard back. I've since texted him and called, left voicemail message and I still haven't heard from him. They scam honest hard working people out of their money with promises they can't keep. I just want them to complete what I paid for. Sad that people can't be trusted. Not a good way to run a business. Next step for me is contacting the BBB. I would give them negative stars, but that's not an option.
