They dealt with our non-standard gutters like total pros, provided, installed and later took down the lights and packed for storage - all in a super timely way working with our schedule parameters. When the time for installation came, they provided a window during which they expected to arrive our house and kept us updated when they unexpectedly ran behind schedule (not an issue for us). The installation team was quick and professional, and explained what they were doing. We had no issues with the lights at all despite a very rainy and windy holiday season.
