Bought timed ticket...7 pm....waited an hour and 1/2 in traffic to go around a building with ice sculptures around it's perimeter.

The ice sculpture "ticket" only sale was an over 2 hour wait in line!!! Not kidding. The last hour of the line you are completely trapped!!! They were taking cash... so tickets did not limit the attendance to anything reasonable. Not fun. Ice sculptures are nice. Execution of this is a disaster!! read more

I wish I could give this zero stars. My husband really wanted our husky at our wedding but unfortunately our venue doesn't allow dogs. His next best option .. to have a company create an ice sculpture of our pup. He was so excited that they would customize it to look like our dog. He sent in pictures per their request. When we walked into the ballroom he was devastated to see a dog that looked nothing like the pictures and nothing like our dog. They provided a side view of a dog standing up when we sent in pics of his our dogs face. He reached out to them multiple times and all they had to say was that it matched the pictures of huskies they googled searched. What a joke. If you are looking for custom, DO NOT GO HERE! Per the contract (attached), they were to make a sculpture of MY dog for my wedding reception. They asked for only pictures of my dog's face and was told that the sculpture would be of my dogs face as that is my wife and I's favorite quality of our dog (I have attached the picture of my dog that I sent them). Attached is the exact ice sculpture that was at our wedding. This sculpture in NO WAY represents our dog. I emailed the company and the guy that does the ice sculpture said "from our research, we provided you with a husky". My reply "why ask for pictures of my dog if you are going to send a generic husky sculpture?". They never responded again, even after a few more attempts. So again, if you want something custom and are paying a lot of money for a custom ice sculpture, DO NOT GO HERE! read more

One and done with them. Timed ticket for 8, spent 2 hours in traffic, timed ticket didn't mean squat. This wouldn't be worth a 20 minute wait. Set up around the perimeter and back lot of a commercial building. Theses guys know how to make a fast buck and on to the rip off. read more
