My mom and I had been here twice for mani/pedi. My third visit I called ahead and scheduled appt with Elaine. When we arrived for our appt I stated we were there for mani and pedi with Elaine. She said okay Elaine will be right out but to pick our polish and sit down in the chairs. My mom sat down and I stood waiting for Elaine. I asked if she was coming out soon,as it had been 15 min, and the girl said she's in the back and will be right out. After waiting another 15 min I then asked where is Elaine. The girl just looked quickly and turned away as she said "Elaine move away." Totally dismayed, I asked her to please repeat what she just said. You would not acknowledge as to how she deceived me in a very cold manner. She kept repeating Elaine move away 4 mos ago. They totally sloughed me off with no regard or acknowledgement to how they treated me. I will never go back here and would never recommend this place. They are very rude and unscrupulous. My 92 year old mom and I found a great place at Elements Nail Spa. They were much cleaner and so kind there. Shame on Elegant Nails. read more

A-MAZING!!!! I will definitely return!! Amy and Tony were the absolute best!! Everyone was so nice! Most relaxing mani-pedi I have ever had! ... Put it this way, when I arrived I had a mild migraine.... Half way thru treatment it had dulled...And by the time they were finished my migraine was completely gone and I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep in the massage chair! Annie and her staff are fabulous. I have been coming to Elegant Nails for almost 10 years now and am still loving my pedicures there! I'd like to first comment on the posting from 12/20/2017 (by Cassandra L.) where the customer accused Annie of stealing her cell phone. I was there and Annie didn't steal it. It had fallen in between the seat cushions. When the the rude woman discovered it was her fault, she didn't even apologize--she couldn't own her mistake. I was disappointed and embarrassed for the woman, but she'll have to live with her own conscience. Annie is amazingly honest, generous and kind. She donates to causes in her community, is active with her children's school, and she is a business owner. Annie is giving, caring and authentic. She didn't take that phone. That woman temporarily misplaced it and was quick to judge and accuse someone else (of color, I might add) instead of taking time to look for it. I was there and witnessed the entire incident; and, I can assure you that your phones (and all your other belongings) are safe at Elegant Nails. I would like to add that Annie does QUALITY work at a reasonable rate and with efficiency. I'm ultra picky about my pedicures and Annie "brings it" every time. She does everything in her power to make her customers happy and is conscientious of wait times doing her best to satisfy everyone. I LOVE ELEGANT NAILS and you will too. After 2nd try I certainly won't return to this salon. My first experience: one of the gals that works there had 2 if her kids, they were making a lot of noise and running/jumping around without any redirection from mom. It wasn't a relaxed experience at all. But I went back because gel manicure was ok. My 2nd and last: I just got gel nails done yesterday & I'm going to another salon today to fix them; wasted $31!!! read more

I am really upset right now just got done doing my nails and they are terrible. This is the third and last time I come to this place, the first time I came they just filed my nails and repainted them. Which was good next time I came I did a Fill, and again it was okay the polish okay some parts were thick and and uneven, the nails themselves were okay too, a bit bumpy and uneven but okay. So she told me to do a full set and it would be better, that it was hard to fix my nails with a fill . So I just finished and let me tell You it's not Good at all, the length was too short but I just went with it, I asked for tempered square and I got some nails square and other tampered square looks like each nail has its own style. The acrylic is chunky and uneven, it's just not a good job. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this my last time coming here. They were nice and polite. It the job just wasn't good. They didn't do what I wanted and I even showed her 3 pictures of what I wanted and she just didn't listen, now I have to go somewhere else and fix them fml!!! read more

The ONLY place I come to for my acrylics!! Annie does a awesome job. Im really hard on my hands at work and I can go awhile without fills and never have my nails chipping, peeling or breaking! My daughter usually gets her pedicures from the other ladies and they do a great job as well. read more

They were nice, but very rushed. Both of my big toe nails were cut too low & are infected. That's never happened before & I've been getting pedicures for 20 years. They seesawed (back & forth) filed my nails which I thought was bad for the nails. O well. read more

This place is amazing!! I'm from San Diego and was in town for an event. Needed my nails done an HOUR before the event (poor planning on my behalf) and they had three ladies working on me- one giving me a pedicure and two working on my manicure. I felt like a princess. It was amazing! My nails look great and I left very happy. Wish l lived in the area so I could become a regular!! read more

I went here with my sister, Alana, and it's so far been one of the best nail places I've been to. I love it so much and recommend it! :)

So I went in to get a color change and had one of the employees attempt to steal my phone. I had it laying on the station where I was getting my nails done, once the lady told me to go wash my hands before painting the color i placed my phone on the table, I come back my phone is gone. In panic I asked who saw my phone who took it. Annie kept telling me it's in your car go check (I knew it was not in my car I literally sat it on the table). Then a second employee unaware of her name came to the sink took the trash out comes back and asks me to search her. I said no; the employee was being suspicious after that being aggressive with me saying she didn't steal it. I called the cops, later the cops arrive and I was able to log into find my iphone app... the phone started going off right under the station where the second employee was sitting on. I got my phone back after 4 hrs. Pretty upset Annie didn't care nor her employees and would do such a thing to their own customers ! DO NOT GO THERE ! read more

We went to get out eyebrows waxed. I have had very bad luck with finding a place that fits for me until now. I have finally found it, thank god. Dawn was very nice and patient. She really cares about what she does and making sure you are happy. I am looking forward to giving them my money in the future. read more

I went to Elegant Nails on a whim and so glad I did! I was welcomed warmly by Cindy. I don't usually get pedicures but I will now that I have found this salon! I had the hot stone massage pedicure package. Cindy did a wonderful job and was very caring and made sure I was comfortable! It included a mango scented sugar scrub, hot stone massage, a mask with hot towels and polish. It was so relaxing to be able to see what's left of two trees and the hills returning to green after the fire, during my pedicure. Thank you so much Cindy! What a sweetheart! read more

Recently I went to this place for acrylic nails. Annie(one of the workers) did my nails. She wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing and she was just talking to one of her co workers the whole time and not looking at my nails. She was also multi tasking too. After she did my nails they were really bad and part of my nails were showing on the side of my acrylics. They are really messy I will never go back to this place! read more

I've been to Elegant Nails several times because it's conveniently located in my neighborhood. I agree with an earlier reviewer that the technicians need to keep their kids home, not at the business. Customers are entitled to have their mani/pedis in a relaxed atmosphere, not with a preschooler running around, screaming, and all the other things typical of that age. It's not the kid's fault. It ruins the experience for the cash-paying clients. The quality of service is typical for a nail salon of this caliber. Nothing special, it gets the job done. Sometimes I luck out and walk away feeling especially pampered. I have a couple of concerns about Elegant Nails. I haven't noticed any licenses posted for its technicians. Isn't this a law? I'm also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools they use. I don't see evidence that the tools are being sterilized after each use, or that the foot tubs are being sterilized either. One thing I can say for sure is that they are always nice. But for what I pay, nice isn't good enough. I'm done going here. read more

I love Annie! I normally get gel nails but also acrylic. She is always fun to talk to and very sweet. She does a great job with my nails! I recently went elsewhere when they were closed on a Sunday and I regretted it big time! I will only go to Annie! read more

For the past two years, I have always had excellent service by Annie and Dawn. I love how they attend to me when I'm there, and you can get all your needs met at one stop, since Annie also does waxing, facials, etc. Excellent prices! I will definitely be returning. I will not be returning to this place. I am visiting and decided to try this place out. After getting my nails done, they chipped a few days later. I called to see if they would fix it and they said they would charge me, I asked how much and they said I would have to drive over there just to find out.
