I got a small refund after fighting for it and was also told I would get a 10 by 10 canvas for a photo of our choosing. The company stopped replying about that. Pretty much you can go with ANY other Photo Booth company and get better service because there's absolutely no reason to go with this company. They can't deliver on anything they promise and for an event like a wedding, I would 200% go with a more trustworthy company. Just fyi the photobooth also broke down for a short time too during the wedding. I so regret choosing them! Danielle, Janine, Lindo, Anna at this company are jokes of employees. Their email also got hacked and I got phishing emails. They knew about it and didn't even bother contacting their clients about it to warn them. Scam of a company.

We never received the actual photos from the event eventhough the provider posted them on his facebook page and said they were sent. Many attempts have been made to rectify the situation and the company has been unresponsive.
