I have been training at Monty's School of Kickboxing for quite sometime - my confidence, self belief, self esteem, fitness, flexibility and strength has all increased. I feel determined, focused and I honestly love training at MSK. I have been to other martial arts clubs in the past, majority of the time at the second lesson I have to order my uniform, licence and boxing gloves. At MSK the instructor provided majority of the items, there is not pressure. The training is physically and mentally demanding, Belts are not given, They are earned.

Each session lasts an hour and expect it to be hard. Very hard. Very welcoming, but they will shout at you. They will push you. You will get fit. Stick with it and you will love it. I've now moved away from the Leeds area, but still try and get back to train here whenever I can. Highly recommended
