My husband and I brang our cars in for the very first time and had the deluxe Works Wash done. very nice job, the customer service was great, the female outside that greeted us and the cashier inside was very pleasant. I was in the area on vacation and my car desperately needed a wash prior to driving home. I opted for the 35.99 which was supposed to be the top of the top detail of interior and exterior. Upon completion, the grill of the car and the hood had not been touched, and I had to ask for them to clean it, and there was still bugs on my windshield... Not acceptable. Even after they finished cleaning it again it still was not great. When I am back in the area for my next vacation, I will try some more different, as it was not worth the cost. Nice, helpful staff and a good menu of options/levels of wash. Prices are great... lower than lesser car washes closer to home, but had heard good things about these folks, so gave it a shot. We live in the valley and always drive by this car wash when in the area. We usually go to the car wash off Washington St (Executive Car Wash) or off Monterrey St (Grand Prix Car Wash). They both do a really good job! We always wondered how the Elephant was, so my husband decided to check it out. The gentleman who greeted us, was helpful and provided great customer service. We chose the $32.99 car wash, not sure what it's called. But they didn't do a great job cleaning the interior. The seats still had some crumbs, not sure if they vacuum them, also the cup holder had a few stains that were there before. Hoping they'd get wiped down. And our trunk wasn't vacuumed, we have an SUV we assumed they'd clean the whole inside of our vehicle. We even took out all of our stuff just so there wasn't anything in the way. Overall, they were quick (probably why they didn't do the best job on our interior), the man who greeted us was friendly also the young girl inside was friendly. We will probably not return and just stick with the places that do a great job on our cars and for less of a price! read more

I am beyond angry. I just paid $33 for their top end car wash. My car sat waiting to be dried, tire dressed and the inside cleaned. It was 40 minutes and the staff was finishing all cars in the lane next to me and even the cars behind me. I asked twice about my car and they told me to wait. Nothing done, I finally got mad removed the paper foot Mat. Dragged someone over to remove the grease number off my side window and left. My inside is dirty as are my tires, etc. I have always had good service, but I am done with the place. You got a good money score on my visit. Unfortunately, it is the last one. read more

There are not nearly enough employees working to keep up w the demand of car needing a wash after this last week's weather. They've had to turn the washer off a few times bc of car build up in the drying/finishing section. I'm a member at the Pink Elephant car wash and a satisfied customer, I've been going for 2 months now and the service has been outstanding, my Toyota Tundra is black and it takes alot of care to keep up, after getting it serviced I'm actually astounded at how beautiful it looks as if I just drove it off the dealership lot brand new, the quality of products that is used and the effort in handling with care to paint that also gives it a mirror look to my black truck is very impressive. I wasn't going to post, I wanted to give them an opportunity to refund, however they stopped responding to me via email... On 12/15 I stopped by to get a car wash at $27.99. It should've included a vacuum and wash however if you see the pictures it doesn't look vacuumed at all. I have been going to this car wash since I bought my first car, and as much as I loved this place the service has declined significantly. I will say that I reached out via email, because they don't answer the phone and they did respond to say if I take the vehicle back they'll redo the job. I declined that offer since to me it should've been done correctly the first time and going back knowing that I'm there because I complained makes me uncomfortable. During this visit, after I paid I went to sit in the bay and watch. They pulled my car around then casually wiped it down, they then lifted up my hood for some reason and talked to each other about it. Then a couple more light passes with their towels and turned the vehicle over to me. I was in such a rush that I didn't notice the floor until I got to the store. I then inspected the car completely and noticed what a poor job it was. This wasn't the first time, for some reason since I've been coming here for years I keep thinking it's going to be different but I always get disappointed. Bottom line, when you pay for a service you expect service and that's not what's happening any more. I truly hope there are improvements made here but I won't waste my time coming here on a hope. read more

This place has been here forever, Other than having a super cool pink elephant logo they are also a really good car wash, and the pricing is great as well. The people working there are pretty friendly, though the lady who rang me up was not friendly at all and made me feel awkward stopping this from being a five-star review, but the guys working we're super kind, professional, and did a great job. They also have some shirts inside with the pink elephant on it, I had to get one( been seeing at my whole life so yeah), it did end up having a hole in the underarm which was a bummer. Clean as a whistle! We were very pleased with our full service wash, tire clean, and vacuum. Our Alfa Romeo was FILTHY after a long road trip. I went down today and got my car done. good job. Thankyou - and star rating moved up to 4. Why not 5? Because I pretty much never give maximum points for anything - mainly because nothing is ever perfect. Details today as to what might have improved the score to 4 1/2 ... 1) Clearer Instructions when you get there as to where you go - what you do - how you pay etc etc. Not obvious - but we did work it out, but still frustrating. 2) The attention to detail comments made on other posts .. valid. The wash and inside cleaning was not perfect - nothing that was going to cause an issue - but definitely room for improvement. 3) There is a very obvious patch on the car that is hard to clean - something going on with the paint I think - but in the past - others have managed to polish it up. Don't know if they tried to do something - or not. If they did - it didn't work - they should have pointed it out to me - and if they did not - a pretty glaring omission. On the plus side - temperatures today were again over 100 degrees, My THANKS to the team who serve us in such grueling conditions. If they miss a spot or ten (they didn't) - I am not going to complain - and in those conditions they did a way better job than I could have done. In particular .. in prep for the recent floods I had to move lots of sand bags in the trunk - net net - I had a lot of loose sand in the trunk that I had already tried to vacuum out - but it still wasn't right. I mentioned it to the guy at the entrance - and he cleared it all. GREAT JOB. All in all - next time I need a clean, I will go again. IMO ... the one star ratings that they place seems to be getting is not deserved. Sure ding a place because something is wrong - but that's why you have 2,3 and 4 stars between the 1 and 5! POSTSCRIPT I wrote this review this morning when I was looking for a place to get the car sorted..... Rated 3 stars - because that is the current average. To be clear - I HAVEN'T been even though it looks like a convenient place, but for now I might give it a miss because all the 5 stars are a while back - and recent reviews are all 1 stars - doesn't exactly inspire confidence? I pulled in and they happen to be very busy, which I understand. But the guy was so rude to me as he told me it would be an hour and a half. Then he wrote the type of wash on my car window and walked away before I could ask him anything else. He made some comment like he was shaming me because there was a ton of people in front of me as if it was my fault. I understand he was busy, but he didn't need to snap at me. I paid for the top car wash, $30 and I'm very underwhelmed at the quality of service I received. The guy that wiped my car after it was washed didn't even wipe down my dash, or my console. I have rubber floor mats that weren't even wiped, never mind cleaned The door panels are hard plastic at the lower end, he didn't even bother to wipe the scuff marks. The outside was worse, the windshield has spots all over it, there were spots on the paint that look awful. I'd expect for their premium wash that they'd pay attention to the sap marks and such. Had a bad experience here previously, but wanted to give it a second try since they offer hand wash. With all the rain/mud I needed the undercarriage, wheel wells, and inside of the wheels. The tenant told me to do a hand wash and it would get it all. Not even close, the finisher said he would have to take it back through cause they were rushing cause the belt broke on the reg car wash. Again I said I'd pay more to get it the way I want it. Second time no difference. I talked to the manager who was super nice person and offered me a refund as they don't do "undercarriage". I told her thank you but I just wanted it cleaned not a refund. I drove down the street to a American car wash and am getting it cleaned correct for $100. I've been coming to this establishment for 14 years. Stopped by yesterday (8-18-24) around 11:30, they were not that busy. Requested the $28.99 service,so I would get the tire treatment. When my vehicle came thru the wash it just sat there, as the employees started working on the cars after mine. When finally, my vehicle received attention, it was never totally wiped down, had to open up the tailgate (hadn't even been touched and then had to ask the employee to do the tires. I received an immediate response from the employee NO! I showed my receipt and he finally did my tires. I am in your membership program. Hard to believe this is how long time customers get treated. I really wanted to love this car wash but they would rather hide anything that takes more than couple minutes than do a good job. Waiting area is nice. Everyone is nice. Prices are good. I am pretty irritated. My kids dumped potato chips in back. I cleared out everything but the drink holder. They propped up the drink holder so I wouldn't see it until after I tipped them. Last time I was there, they took out the car seats for my kids, and kept them in the trunk. They watched me take them out of the trunk and put them back in while trying to keep my toddlers from wandering into incoming cars. Not going back. read more
