The bestie and I found this venue after watching a great for a show by That 80s Band. We walked over and were immediately greeted by the manager and hostess. The look and decor of the restaurant was very modern and the smells wafting out of the kitchen were heavenly! We were sat in a large booth in the well-sized dining room. Our server came right over and told us about specials and took our drink orders. We went over the menu and got fried green tomatoes and bestie got their chili appetizer. Our cocktails came out...I can't remember what I ordered but she had a peach cobbler inspired drink. It was too sweet for my taste but it was delicious. For our entrees I got the pulled pork sandwich and she got the fried chicken sandwich. Both came with crispy salty fries. Everything was so good! Our server was great about checking in on us but allowed us to eat. The manager even came over again to see how everything was. We were far too stuffed to eat dessert but I was momentarily tempted because they had some yummy sounding ones. Absolutely a must try restaurant in Westminster!

Grossly over roasted pulled pork sandwich.

Just left ElevateQ, in the Orchard and two of us agreed it was the worst pulled pork sandwiches we've ever had. The batch was obviously grossly overdone as it even appeared as if was beef. We have eaten there multiple times and most always found the pulled pork, juicy, tasty and the blonde color you expect. This experience would warrant a " we never will come back here again" but I hesitate to condemn it for only one very bad meal. Kyah was very nice and offered to return the uneatable meal, not understanding that a bad batch is a bad batch.

My friend and I wanted barbecue for dinner and this was close. We got there around 8 PM and there were plenty of seats available. Our waiter greeted us very quickly and he was super nice. My friend is talkative so they were talking for a little while. He gave us some good recommendations. We got the chili with Fritos for appetizer. I got the barbecue tacos and my friend got the chicken sandwich. The barbecue tacos were a very good portion and will definitely fill you up. The side corn that I got wasn't to my liking Because it was too citrusy. I tasted my friend's chicken sandwich and it was good but she didn't like it because the sauce was too tangy. We both thought the chili with Fritos was very good.. She also got a cocktail that tasted like licorice so we both weren't very fond of it. Price was on the higher side, but still not bad. Overall, an average meal.

    The rib platter!

Love the fact that this is a bbq restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere! The service was top notch! Our server gave us great recommendations from drinks to menu items. We went with the wings which were crispy and delicious. The Mac n cheese and the rib platter..where the meat fell off the bone! The reaper sauce is a fabulous mix of sweet and spicy! Highly recommend if you're a bbq fan!

Come here to get your Mahomey on and watch the Kansas City Chiefs play. While you're at it, grab some seriously delicious BBQ and adult bevvies. Well let's see, we ordered a ton of stuff and even more drinks. Fried Pickles - Off the chain, couldn't stop eating them, even thought we might order another basket full. Burnt Ends - Smoky, good meat/fat ratio, nice looking bark Brisket - Juicy with a great smoky profile. Smoked Turkey - I didn't try it, but my friends said it was good. Flight of sauces - All tasty, from sweet to hot. White Cheddar Grits - I would go here just for these grits. Loaded Mash - Ohlala, creamy and loaded... wow! Hickory Pit Beans - Your basic baked bean. Street Corn - Yummolishish Potato Salad - More white than yellow, not my thing. Peach Cobbler - Really there was no cobbler, just peaches and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pecan Pie - Dyed in the wool pecan pie snob here, this was worse than a Bama. Apparently dessert is not a thing in KC. hahaha... Drinks - Don't even go there, they have a full bar and plenty of fun cocktails to try. Bonus - They have BBQ shredded jackfruit! PS ~ Don't fear the Reaper. Yeah, only those of a certain age will get this.

The food was good and service quick and helpful. Felt a little 'new' like they are still finding their way, but a nice spot to eat.

The highlight of the evening was the superb service. Our waiter was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely diligent in making sure everyone at the table was comfortable and well cared for throughout the evening. His warmth and patience, especially with two tired young children in our party late in the evening, were greatly appreciated. The appetizers were excellent, and the bread was truly superb. Most of the meal was enjoyable, though a few dishes did not quite live up to their descriptions. The lentil soup, unfortunately, was rather bland and forgettable, lacking flavor and depth. Two entrées the tilapia specialty and a risotto-style dish also felt somewhat overstated compared to expectations and unfortunately they were way over salted. To the restaurant's credit, concerns were addressed politely and professionally, though the offer of a replacement felt a bit scripted as the evening was growing late. We did choose not to accept the replacement. Overall, however, the atmosphere, hospitality, and thoughtful service made for a very pleasant evening. With a bit more care from the kitchen in matching execution to presentation and description, this charming restaurant could truly shine. After our 2nd visit I can honestly say this has been one of our favorite establishments after moving to Colorado. Very convenient location, lots of parking, great wine list, and amazing food..what more can you ask for..oh yeah the service is fantastic. On this visit my wife ordered with their charcuterie board which she loves. I decided to try their Ribeye Steak. I usually hesitate ordering steak because I don't want to be disappointed. Vinca's ribeye was one of the best steaks I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Cooked a perfect medium rare, it was seasoned right and the texture was almost melt in your mouth. We ended our meal with a glass of their ice wine paired with a delicious crème brûlée. Fantastic evening, reasonable prices, great wine list, amazing food, and top notch service!
