I am really enjoying what Elevation 2477 has become! They started as a medicinal only dispensary, which was vital for me at the time. It was so clean and well set up, I was like a kid in a candy store, fun to peruse the products. And folks who have medical issues, we finally had a place to go instead of dealing with pharmaceuticals and their side effects. Yet best by far is the staff! I would recommend checking out their menu at www.elevation2477.com before visiting, so you have an idea about what is available, prices, etc. So when you go in your questions will have been answered. Call them! Big change from going into the retail dispensary. Currently, it is a curbside pick up situation, and very smooth and easy. Even for me! Imagine what it took them to change the retail aspect completely due to the coronavirus demands. This means: check the menu online. Put the items you want in the "shopping cart", send a copy of your I.D.. You get notified when your items are packed and ready. Bring the cash (State of California not allowing bank card transactions). All due respect - Wear a mask! We are all humans sharing the same desire to be as healthy as we can. During this pandemic, COIVD-19 Elevation 2477 here in Nevada City has done a fabulous job pivoting the business, providing a safe and user-friendly business! The website is user-friendly and updated as needed. As long as you know what you are looking for and what flower you want, if that is your choice in medicine, then shopping on line is easy! Yes you can't go in and take a real life peek, but guess what, that are the times we are living in right now thanks to Covid. I am pleased every time I do my driveway pick up. Staff are always friendly! It is so important to me to have the first person you make contact with (from a distance of course) to be a happy and friendly individual. Here at Elevation 2477 that is how it rolls... happy and friendly right at the start! scan your ID and you are off to a parking space- where the next staff member greets you by name. and brings your treasures to you- I appreciate their use in PPE and safety protocols. There is an ATM on site out side during business hours if you need- so as long as you communicate with them to get out of your car you can do so- but we like to have the exact change for them so they don't have to to back and forth- they get my 5 stars based on friendly encounters during these strange times!!! and of course the user friendly platform they have set up for us- thank goodness we have this treasure in our community! read more

I would give this fine dispensary a 10 star review if I could! It's wonderful. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. My first time there I got a preroll for a $1. I went there because I get really nauseous from my anxiety disorder. I got a cbd cartridge and hangover Protabs. I'm no drinker but the protabs have done wonders to help my nausea. I also love that they are doing curbside delivery. I'm super lazy and I hate getting out of my car so it's really nice having people bring me all my weed. There's something about buying weed from a parking lot that makes me feel nostalgic. Ordering online before I got there saved me time and money. This isn't our first time here we came in a week ago and worked with Lauren, she is extremely informative on the CBD side of the shop (I'm sure she's strong everywhere but she blew me away with her knowledge of CBD and CBD products). Hint on how to streamline your experience: Go online, register, order your goods. You will get a text letting you know that it's ready. Drive there, show your drivers license to the always sweet security guys at the driveway. They will direct you to a Parking Spot where your goods will be brought out for a contactless transaction. I love patronizing this business!!! The safety and security of the parking lot, the incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff...oh and the dabs! The variety is excellent, and I love that they hit all price points to help accommodate however lavish (or poor...*ahem) I am feeling that week. In many ways they encompass all of my favorite things from my old favorite dispensary in the Bay area...high quality laboratory tested products, variety, and a helpful, knowledgeable staff. Before Covid (when the store was open to customers to browse) many times I had to inquire about different products and I was always impressed with their knowledge of products and of course, patient! Absolutely amazing prices compared to places in nevada city you can get 710 labs for much more reasonable prices. Pre-Covid the interior was always very clean and pleasant and the staff are absolutely top tier. My favorite staff member? Gizmo, the coolest little black Pomeranian poof you might get lucky and see outside around the building.also there was an awesome Hunter S Thompson statue for awhile.
