Tina was very responsive and got us set up with an appointment for Sean to come out and give us a quote quickly. Sean was early to the appointment, professional, and really knows his stuff! We discussed working in phases due to the amount of work we have to do, and they are completely happy to work with us on that. Sean gave us a quote to clear the front, back, and side yards, lay pine straw, and install drainage - y'all his guys got it done in one day! We are so happy and amazed and the work so far and can't wait to continue working with Sean, Tina, and the rest of MetroGreenscape! Had to have a second company come and help because they flat out refused to help with landscaping, saying "that's not my job" and "that's not my department". It's a landscaping company but they turned it into a super mediocre construction job, which is not what I was going for at all. I would definitely go with a different company, Dala Casa was extremely helpful and came out to fix all the stuff they didn't do. They also promised "color and height and asymmetrical landscaping", then planted 9 white flowering plants in a row in front of my house, removing all the color and leaving it looking boring and dull. It's a brand new home and really bummed me out. Add the fact that the design fee was $1000 and I don't really know what I paid for. Requested berry bushes and fruit trees, but that was forgotten. Justin "knew a guy" for all the requests and projects, but none of them ever materialized. Then, his assistant promised she'd be "boots on the ground all week making sure things get done" after I contacted them about how unsatisfactory the job had been and she never even bothered to show up. Really disrespectful for a such a large contract. John who assisted with my porch/stairs was very helpful, but the company they contracted with for the stair fabrication was super mediocre with poor finishes and a confusing layout

We needed repairs on our deck that came up in the inspection report as we were getting ready to sell the home. The repairs were very specific and needed to be repaired in a certain manner to make sure the future owners safety requirements had been met to proceed with the sale- Thad and his team did just that. Once able to start the job, they were done in one day and the job was done beautifully. The previously not secure deck was rock solid, even added supports with cement in the ground were added. His pricing is very fair, he accepts credit cards and he is a very nice guy to interact with. We were very happy with the service, and end product we received from lawn care and deck repair.

If you're unfamiliar with what tile installers look for when installing your tile .. they look for "80% coverage" for interior installs. If you look at the photos, you'll see I've used a marker to identify the areas which actually contacted the bottom of the tile. This is, at best, about 40% coverage and .. exactly why these tiles Pino installed keep breaking. Also, if you look at the lines left behind by the trowel, you'll see that they are anything but straight lines. This doesn't allow the air trapped under the tile to escape and creates air pockets .. which ALSO are the reason this job is trash. Look, even if you don't trust the words I've written here .. I mean, I get it, you don't know me from a ham sandwich .. just Google anything referenced in this review and you'll see that everything Pino did on this job was substandard at best. If he actually finishes a job for you and it looks okay, you can be assured that just a few years down the road, you're be paying someone else to rip it out and do it again. Stop giving this man your money. He is a huckster and is woefully undertrained. His ego won't allow him to tell you what he doesn't know or understand so, he'll either whip out some horrific attempt at solving your problem or he'll talk you into doing it "his way" .. which he will also do a mediocre job at completing. Back to my regular life of setting aside a few weeks every year to fix the poor "craftsmanship" Pino left behind.

It was the 2nd week in October when I first walked in to Dolce Casa. I met the owner Pino. I told…read morehim I was looking to have my master bathroom shower unit removed and a new tile shower installed. I showed Pino some photos of the space and my current bathroom floors and counter tops all of which I wanted to keep in place. Within 10 minutes we put together a plan with the samples he had right in his store. We set a time for him to come over to my home with the samples so I could see how they looked in my space. At first I was unsure of how using glossy porcelain, Italian marble and quartz would look all together. Pino has a very good eye for this sort of thing, he reassured me and got it right the very first time! I was very pleased. Early November demolition started. By mid November the Tiles were up and there was one small issue I expressed with Pino and he immediately had his tile guy fix it. So finally everything was done except for the Measuring of the floating glass shower doors. Right before Thanksgiving, the shower door contractor came to measure. I was made aware that this would take a little time. Two weeks before Christmas I expressed to Pino that I expected these doors to be delivered and installed before Christmas. That afternoon he let me know that the doors would be in on the 24th and could be installed the day after Christmas on the 26th. I said ok. So the day finally came and 45 minutes before I was expecting the shower door installer to arrive the contractor called to explain that nothing that was Ordered, glass or parts were correct. I was not pleased. Fast forward 2 weeks later and all of the correct glass and parts got installed. And guess what!? It looks Beautiful! I am giving Dolce Casa 5 Stars! I have learned that this kind of Home Renovation takes patience and an understanding that there are many moving parts involved. Thank you Pino!

It caused significant damage and then they repaired it with lesser quality materials. I would avoid hiring E&E for any of your plumbing needs. On top of that, the main contractor had a delay in paying the invoice for E&E (despite receiving full on-time payment from me) so E&E reached out and told me they were processing the paperwork to put a lien on my property. They didn't adequately try to resolve the issue before involving me and creating additional unnecessary stress.
