It's two stories with the small appliances / computer stuff on the upper floor and the bigger appliances on the ground floor. There's entrance on the side of the building (Ølandsgade) if you want to pick up your pre-purchased stuff, deliver item for service or have your expensive stuff that you bought inside the shop to be delivered. Weird, I know - but it seems like they don't trust the cashier in handing the items to the customers, but maybe that's how it works. The service is bad and couldn't care less. A stark contrast with what you get when you're calling them on the phone. Here, mostly young people staff the shop and they really don't care if you're going to buy the microwave or not, they would still get paid anyway. That said, I still visit this place now and then, mostly because I order elgiganten stuff online and have them delivered to this warehouse (free of charge) and this is the closest el giganten to where I live. So, I would still frequent this store in the future, although I'm not entirely excited at the thought :/

I was going to give this one star because the microwave I bought is missing a part (a little glass…read morewindow on the inside to protect the magnetron...the things you end up learning on wikipedia). The thing is, they had so little stock that I had to buy the display model. Maybe because in September all the students were in to buy microwaves? But I went back to them and they offered to call the manufacturer and have them send me the missing part. I'm super happy with their quick and friendly service. So, now I just wait for my little glass window to show up. I hope soon.

The cheapest screen fixing store around Nørrebro…read more Broke my iPhone screen and I asked in about 10 stores nearby for offers. The price range of fixing an iPhone screen started from 1500dkk and the cheapest I found was 600dkk at this shop. It was changed in 30 minutes. The screen looks like new now. And it works perfectly fine. The store seems slightly better than others that are a total mess. I mean it's one of the good ones in Nørrebri. It is just opposite the red square - superkilen. For me it worked fine!

I had ordered a Fitbit through their website, and opted for the delivery option Click & Collect, where you pick one of their physical stores to pick up your goods in. I picked the one in Frederiksberg Centeret. Today, I went to collect it. When I got in the store, I asked a passing member of staff where I should go to collect my goods. She told me to go to the cashier point, where I would also need to pay for it. Off I went and assumed my place in the queue. It took a while, perhaps 20 minutes, as a couple of people before me were there to complain over problems with their orders (wrong item delivered, etc.). Finally, it was my turn and I asked for my goods. The girl behind the counter me I had to go to the appropriate department in the store, in this case Electronics. So why not tell me that in the first place?! Went to Electronics and after having stood in line again (more people with complaints) I once again asked for my order. The guy behind the counter offered his apologies, but when he had gone to pick up the order, he had found that they didn't have 5 items in stock, as I had been informed, but one, and that one was only an empty box, and as an employee apparently had stolen the product and left the empty box (memo to me: never send anything here to have it repaired!). He suggested a few alternatives, only to find that they weren't in stock either. So I had to go without being one step closer to getting what I wanted. Think I'll go somewhere else next time.

I been there twice in the last two months - once to buy a USB stick, and the other time to buy a fitness band. Both times I've been helped by knowledgeable employees and the service has been pretty efficient. Heck, I've even been callled 'Sir' when I visit - a rarity in Denmark. :) The prices are fairly low - the same fitness band I bought was significantly more expensive at humac in the same mall -, the store seems to have a big collection of stuff, and is fairly well organized. Not much to complain about, to be honest.

I was looking for a better stroller to replace a janky one I was traveling with but I was informed by a worker that they did not have any at that location. What they did have though? Everything else. You feel it right away, when you enter the place. The staff is helpful. You notice, that they are very knowledgeable, and want to share their knowledge with you. They have a lot of different plants - especially for balconies and small gardens. On a sunny day in spring it is a busy place, and it can be a little overcrowded, so it is hard to get around. It is why, they do not get the 5th star. In the middle of the place in between all the plants, fertilizer, and so on, you find a flag pole. Around the pole, there is a sandpit for the children.
