Stay away! If you call this number no one will answer. I signed a contract with their local salesperson Vance Bennett for what I thought was a year contract at $14.95 per month and I found out that if you do not meet the 20 transactions per month it jumps to $43 per month. When I called to cancel the contract because their system is not comparative with my Go Daddy GoCentral Account I found out that I was on the hook for a three year contract with a cancellation fee of $495 for two different accounts even though I canceled within 7 days as I found out my system would not accept their system. Even though my business is on the Do Not Call List, they feel they are above the law, and still give me telemarketing calls to sell me their crap. If you own a business do not use this company for your credit cards. Their reps will lie to you to get you to sign up. Lots of fees 30.00 a month, 124.00 quarterly. However, they state these are in their terms and conditions which they do not give to you until after you sign up. They do a three year contract with a cancellation fee over 500.00. Their reps will also bait you with buying you out of your present contract and after you sign up they will state they do not do that. 3 or 4 years ago I signed up with Eliot Management Group to handle my credit card business. In three months I had 3 different service reps... and in the end I lost money because some charges didn't go through... (the reason I wanted to talk to my rep). The reason I'm writing this review... is that periodically this company cold calls me to send an agent out because surely I want to sign back up for their miserable service. Her first line was a lie! She said: "you told us you need a merchant account..." BUT we didn't! This is like an online scam in email that says "you indicated you are interested..." another lie. When I told her I already have a merchant account, she told me she could do better (another lie). ALL merchant accounts charge the SAME under FTC rules. Their telemarketing script has lies written for them but the telemarketer gets the blame, then they get FIRED. Then they go to another job and get FIRED. It's a continuous cycle of being FIRED, FIRED, FIRED. Then they retire - without pay - because their company didn't pay social security taxes. Telemarketers get stuck in that syndrome for LIFE! I'd rather be a lawyer who sues the company who fired them. The company could have given references to lead to a better job. TELEMARKETERS - GET A CLASS ACTION LAWYER AGAINST YOUR EMPLOYERS. This is the most unscrupulous business I've ever had to do business with. They tricked us into some required (LIE) upgrade for the sole purpose of extending the contract term out 3 years. When I came into the job I didn't have our anniversary date info and they delayed providing that requested info until immediately after it had passed. They overcharge for everything and make up the rest. Their sales is so badly managed that I was receiving weekly calls from new reps trying to get our business - while we were still processing with them.
