The fact that you give them a chance to fix it by having to make a second unnecessary appointment if work wouldve been done properly in the first place. Also, even with a appointment I've had to wait multiple times 30 plus minutes. They are nice untill their not. Been here many times, but after my last bad experience will no longer be visiting. They are very expensive even though can be relaxing at times, but that doesnt justify that they need to be more understanding of the clients trying to make the time as well. I felt like they purposely were making it difficult for me to go in & I've given them many chances they told me come this time to this time then I go and their like come tomorrow instead, then told call to make appt. Then told me to call before too & still upset even though they weren't answering me I showed up very inconsiderate people. Like we also, have a life, a job, kids, stuff to do. We get it your busy, but so are we shouldn't be stressful, should be actaully relaxing. They cant own up that no ones perfect, always want to be right. Making you feel like you caused the problem, your the problem when it was just one bad visit, can happen. Any little step missed or done incorrectly. Plus my 2 sisters didnt like this place said they'd never be back they had cuts on their fingers from the force being used & chose wrong color for one of them realized it too late.
