The studio had changed locations after my booking and if I had not reached out to them several times prior to my appointment, I would have gone to the incorrect address. I had the opportunity to get the Ultimate facial at Simply Liz Love. Let me first start by saying…read moreshe is extremely sweet and kind. Her studio was gorgeous and everything appeared to be neat and clean. You must wear your mask upon entering. She had on a face mask and a clear face shield. Once she had her face shield on, you're able to take your mask off. I laid down and she began the facial. It started off with a steam treatment to open the pores. Then she cleansed my face go get rid of dirt and debris, exfoliated and then she used toner. Next she used an ultrasonic skin scrubber that's basically like a suction tool that sucks out all the extra junk from your pores. Next came the hydro jelly face mask (it covers your eyes and mouth so let her know if you're claustrophobic. Once they jelly sets she puts you under a LED light. It's supposed to sanitize and really ensure the good stuff from the mask is transferred to your face. Then there is a cold cycle that helps to close your pores. All the while you're getting a hand massage!!! The mask then gets peeled off to reveal newly rejuvenated skin! She then gives you a face massage with the moisturizer. Y'all! My face has never felt better! It literally felt like it was so hydrated and supple. She does a great job of keeping you informed throughout the entire process so you know what's going on every step of the way. She was personable and great to get to know. When I had a photoshoot, the first person I had in mind was Liz. I used her services for a facial and had a wonderful experience so I had no reservations about working with her again. Thankfully she was available for my shoot! On the day of the photoshoot, I was nervous. I had done photoshoots before and had makeup done before, but haven't always had favorable outcomes. Liz put me at ease with her knowledge of skin and just being a welcoming person. She asked me if there was a look I had in mind, I said something natural. By the end of the make up session, I felt at ease. Then when I saw myself after Liz was done, I felt gorgeous. I was pleased with her service, professionalism, knowledge, and the end result. If it's my choice, I will only be using Liz for my makeup. I recommend her to anyone needing makeup or styling, I have never been as impressed as I was going to Simply Liz Love.
