Extremely unproffessional. I chose cash on delivery option while reserving the car outside. They wasted my time 6 hours communicating on whats up about the cars that are unavailable and eventhough i gave all my info on line, they asked every single information again and again. They sent me reservations confirmation with wrong info at the end. And after all they said they would need credit card. The reason i rented with cash on delivery was because im renting for my dad who does not have a credit card. They also accused me of giving wrong information which is absolutely rediculous.
Very rude representative that wasted my time, cancelled my confirmed reservation and accused me of lies. read more
